We are very pleased with the ease of obtaining the shower kit.

My issue was they sent me an email to confirm my order and if I had any changes to reply back . I replied back with changes and they never emailed me or called me back to confirm changes they just shipped it.
I called them to correct the issue they said they will call me back and they never did .

Other than that I cannot complain about the material or the shipping process.

Tile was received earlier than expected,it was packed very well with no breakage, and it is obviously first quality. These are not leftovers or remnants. The lady at the tile store was convinced we were going to get remnants, and wanted to charge 3 times the amount I paid at American Fast Floors. Only negative was the shipping was very high, otherwise perfect. 35 sq ft of tile cost $65 to ship.

My experience with American Fast Floors started off well with decent prices. I placed my order and paid in full. I immediately realized a mistake I made in my order and called in to correct it (I purchased sanded grout when I needed unsanded grout). Everything seemed to be worked out except I never received an order confirmation for my changes that were made over the phone.

After three weeks, multiple emails and phone calls, I felt that I was being ignored. My emails were not replied to and phone calls not returned. I was trying to get some sort of order confirmation and tracking numbers. I felt that three weeks was more than enough to to place orders with manufacturers and to have an order finalized.

I finally talked to someone on the phone that seemed to want to help (Anna). She seemed to follow up on my emails and phone calls. Thanks Anna.

After 32 days from my order being placed, I received it.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who wants to get their product within a month. I spent thousands of dollars and it felt like I did not matter.

Couldn't be happier!

I ordered a sample, it took about 2 weeks to arrive which I thought was a little long. The tile was so well packaged, I think it could have fallen from a plane and not broke. I then ordered a large number of tile after the sample was perfect. Sadly they didn't have enough to fulfill my order, however I feel they went above and beyond trying to find more of the tile.

I placed the order online. Waited a few weeks... Then, I called 3 times to check the status of my order. Every time, they said they would get back to me, but never did. On the last call I was told I had to pay a shipping charge of $30, which I reluctantly paid. Why wasn't I told about the shipping charge when the order was placed?? It took over a month to receive the item!

Onced Bryan got on my problem, everything went well...would deal with them again since I know who to contact.

This is a great company. They are very responsive to emails and the product looked just like what was shown on their website. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed several (3) square feet of tile to complete the job. While the price of the tile was reasonable, the cost of $15.00 to ship 3 sq. feet of the tile that I needed was excessive. It doubled the price and took a week to get. If it would have shipped overnight or 2-day, that amount would have been OK, but ground a week for ground delivery was a disappointment. Before you order, check their "shipping policy."

I am a contractor and recieved pricing and delivery date from another supplier, but after contacting American Fast Floors the price was considerably less and delivery of product took only a week for what was going to take 5 weeks. The service was arguably the best i have encountered in a long time. Highly recommend this company.

This company was the only place I could find the product I needed. Shipping costs were a bit of a mystery, and there was some confusion regarding e-mail correspondence. However, once I called, the situation was remedied swiftly and I received the item quickly.

Great buying experience. Extremely fast shipping! Wasn't expecting product to arrive so soon!!!!!! The product arrived in excellent condition.

I wanted to use epoxy grout in my shower and could not find anywhere locally to purchase it. I finally found a store that ordered it for me and it took 2 weeks to get it. When the order came, I was pretty sure it wasn't going to be enough but I went ahead. When I ran out of grout, I didn't want to wait 2 more weeks so I searched on line. I came across American Fast Floors and found the product I was looking for. Not only was it 30% less than what I paid at the tile store but I was able to get it in a few days. I will definitely order from them again.

I ordered central drain received left drain. Had to pay extra for plumbing.
