I ordered a small quantity of tile for our master bathroom floor. I was hesitant at first when I saw how much cheaper it was than other online distributors and big box stores. After reading a few reviews I decided to give it a try. I had a great experience with American Fast Floors. The tile came on time, looks great, and saved me a few hundred dollars. I'm writing this review so that if others are in my same position and wondering if it's too good to be true, it's not! This site is great!

I ordered ceramic tiles that took a very long time to arrive. About 3 weeks.. When I opened the box I found them to be damaged. I took pictures, emailed customer service and was promised replacement tiles. I have called at least three time and email 6 times. It has been three weeks since I requested replacement tiles and they have still not arrived nor have I received a ship date. Terrible experience. It isn;'t like they were some extra special tiles that weren't readily available. They were simple 6x6 glazed ceramic tiles in a common color.

Pricing was good, delivery was as promised, quality of product was as promised

The customer service was very good. I was attended to fast, got my order in quick and The delivery of the order was scheduled for the very next day.

The staff was very helpful and orders were shipped out quickly.

Mix up of address it was suppose to come to. It was sent to my billing address. I thought I had it shipped to different address. No big deal though. It was probably my mistake. Still, I got it really fast and I'm happy. Thanks!

When calling the company to inquire about product availability the person who answered the phone was courteous and helpful and answered all of my questions. Product purchased was perfect and I paid quite a bit less than I would have if I had bought same tile at a tile warehouse where I originally was going to get tile.

Their ad on google said "Free Shipping. No tax". I ordered the $11 product entering my credit card info. The next day I get an email telling me that they'll ship me the product immediately as soon as I pay an additional $11 in shipping and handling. I emailed them a copy of their ad and how it stated no shipping charges. No response for a few days. I was getting desperate for the product since I was under a deadline so I called them. At first they refused then they decided to do me a favor and cut the shipping a few bucks.

We ordered from you, we were sent a confirmation, told the date it was coming, it never arrived we called you and then you informed us that you didnt have it for us but you could suggest a different product. You delayed construstion by a full week. NEVER AGAIN. Oh, and then we had to fight to get our money back.

I would definitely buy from this company again. Their prices were unbeatable, their responsiveness was top notch, and the shipping was unexpectedly fast.

They responded to my questions and order very fast and with professionalism.

Delivery was fast on hard to find item. Communication was responsive when I asked a question by email, and they sent a tracking number when it shipped.

I just needed a small order of bullnose and originally ordered 15 tiles. I then tried to change the order to 17, talked to someone there and was told they only sold as a box, which was 20 tiles...perfect. We then had several phone calls about the shipping. When the tiles finally arrived, very well packaged, I was disappointed to find only 15 tiles.

I ordered exactly what I saw on line and followed up with questions in an email and Bryan was very helpful and responsive. Product arrived and was exactly as described and arrived quickly

I ordered two samples for our upcoming bathroom renovation and love them! They were sent to me very quickly, which I really appreciated. I can't wait to see them installed!

I think because it was one little piece (a tile toilet paper roll holder) it kinda got lost some where along the line. But stuff happens ... overall I'd buy from them again, though. The phone line folks were very accommodating.
