First time customer

First time customer, ordered some drinks and unfortunately wrong item was sent, ordered 1000ml, 320ml recieved.

Reached out to have rectified, but can't exactly say it's great not getting what you ordered!

You really should have this in English

You really should have this in English, I get prompted to the survey in English, but it’s in German, what’s up with that? Anyway i’m usually satisfied or I should say very satisfied with my purchases from the American market, but my recent purchase of two boxes of Lucky charms at more than 10 Frank’s apiece left me dissatisfied when I saw the size of the boxes, they were very thin, almost half ..as if they were split in half. I know things cost more because of the crate shipping and import taxes and such, but unlike the other products I have bought, these shouldn’t have been more than seven franks Maxximum.

Unfortunately, the prices are very high due to the total cost of staff, warehouse, customs clearance and overseas transportation. Unfortunately, there is little we can do about this. We also write the weight and price transparently on our website so you can see what you are getting and how much it costs before you buy.

Perhaps this information was not present enough on our website before purchase, so it was overlooked. We are checking if we can optimize something here.

An EXPENSIVE taste of home

The item came quickly and was exactly what I ordered. However, the item and shipping were VERY expensive. I would order more things and order them more often with free shipping and if the price was more reasonable.

Great delivery, uninteresting product

Nothing to do with you: the delivery was perfect and I will continue to buy from American Food Market. I was however disappointed in my choice: I have been a Cheetos fan for years, but the pasta version just didn’t make it. Limp Cheetos! I will continue to buy the original, crunchy version…

I do not understand why the evaluation request was in German. I read and speak German, too, but I ordered a product in French Switzerland, and I’m normally English speaking. Appropriate survey, please.
