Really happy with the speed of…
Really happy with the speed of delivery. I would recommend to put a minimum quantity to save some packaging. For example i ordered 6 root beers while it comes in pack of 4. The extra 2 were well wrapped but i would have ordered 4 or 8 to save this.

You can always contact our support at info@americanfoodmarket.ch in case of delivery errors. We fix such errors quickly and accommodatingly.
We will contact you immediately so that we can clarify the problem. The products that are displayed in our store are usually delivered exactly the same way. If you received a different brand, then it is a picking error when packing your order. Which we will of course correct.

The service was excellent: wide selections of American products with fair prices, precise communication to follow up on your purchase, got the goods in two days' time and shipping was free because the purchase was more than 100 Sfr. First time I used it and super happy with the service received!

Perfect Easter candy gift
Daughter wanted Robins Eggs & jellybeans candy for Easter. Was told by UPS it would cost $229 to ship her a 3 lb box. Took a lot of searching (there are at least 5 other American food businesses in Switzerland/Germany) but no one had it, then I found American Food Market! Cost was reasonable, shipping fine, speed was fantastic, and she had a good holiday, feeling happy with a care package.
