Never did business with them, but their "sales" tactics are shady. They send letters making it look like they are affiliated with your mortgage company and this is something you have to do. They even send 2nd, 3rd, and final notice letters with the different colored envelopes. I could see how some people would easily fall for this. I'm trying to find out who to report their business practices to.

This is a scam, they sent letters to my house acting like they were my warranty company and tried to get me to "renew" they tried to take my money they are faking being a legitimate business, I'm filing reports with the FBI they have repeatedly harassed me wuth their fake business

I needed to file a claim and have someone come out to check my AC. I called AHP and was advised they would have someone contact me to come out. This was in early July, I've not heard from a contractor or the company. I'm also unable to get written documentation on my policy.

All parts of the process went extremely smoothly. Every step and all options were expolained and easily understood. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Simple their customer service how fast they get a contractor out there to fix a problem no matter how big or small I would have been in debt if I didn't have this insurance I recommend it

I call Saturday talk to after hours person who said it would take o e to two days for a contact. By Tuesday no one had called me back. I called and Saturday after hour person never made a claim. Tuesday the person I did talk to stated they would try to find someone. It is Thursday and no call back of any kind. I need my washer fixed. I have family who are disabled and require washing daily.

Too many issues , no one cares about the issues we have and have to recall every day. No one returns call or send services out like promised.

They never send anyone to do repairs you have to find someone and pay up front, I am still waiting on reimbursement for a project, I've contacted them and no response, I don't recommend this company

won't return phone calls. will do any and everything to avoid paying a claim!!

My microwave broke and after I showed proof of it breaking , I was reimbursed for it quickly.

On Mar.7 I submitted an invoice for work done to my gas range which I was informed got approved Mar.9. Despite several calls inquiring about the reimbursement, I am still waiting as of today May 3. I'm very disappointed in the customer service.

Made it easy to file a claim and the repairman arrived on time and was very thorough with the job.
