I bought the dual lens dash cam. I didn't know that my wife was going to surprise me with the same one. However American Legend Rider will not acknowledge my return requests, so I am stuck with 2 of the same unit. So I essentially paid twice as much and have no use for the other one. Customer service will never answer the phone and they will not answer my email requests.

I made the mistake of buying the dash cam they offered for 118.0. Doesn’t work. Support is non existent. I guess you get what you pay for. My bad. This doesn’t include the amount of time it took to receive, which these days I guess four weeks isn’t the worse.

My daughter ordered a "Guardian bell" for christmas, on the 7th Dec... We havent recieved it yet !!!!

I bought a pair of their boots and they're really cool. The ones with the skull latches and the big rubber soles. However, the pictures show a dark brown boot and when I got mine they're orange leather. They look nothing like the leather in any of their advertisements. I've been sending emails with pictures to multiple people at American legend riders including the owner and I've also been leaving voicemails, I have had no response. This has been going on for 5 days. If things change and their response is satisfactory, I'll remove this very negative review. But so far, I'm extremely unhappy with their lack of customer service and their false advertising. Ray ORDER #332416

I get email ads from American legend rider and I saw a pair of vintage goggles I liked and they are pretty awesome my order came fast they packed it in air bags so it stayed safe they are well made look good comfortable I'm very happy

Been doing business with this company for a FEW years, never a problem.Bought a helmet in Nov., returned it, with in a week. Had to jump thru hoops for that, they received it. Havent got a credit to my VISA card, and after 4 phone calls(ya never get a live person)about 7 emails, then they told me it was credited to my VISA , it was not. Still waiting, and its been over a month! Will not EVER get another dollar of my $$!! Very disapointed.......

Ordered item for my husband on December 2nd for Christmas present.

From Dec 2nd thru Dec 27 never left Jamaica NY.

ONLY Corespondence they said it was shipped, never received it.

Disputed the charge, haven't gotten anything from them!

Terrible customer service. Sent one wrong item didn't refund. Second item out of stock for the foreseeable future and no refund as requested. Does not respond to emails.

I was charged twice for a seat, paid almost $800 and never got the item...this is fraud! 😡

Terrible customer service, they Dont answer phone calls and you will never get a call back. Emails are Bots, Scam company!

This company tries to make it as difficult as possible to return an item, due to the size not being accurate. Rather than just accepting it as an exchange for the correct size, they first charge a restocking fee of 15% plus you have to pay for the return shipping. With as many competitors out there making this process much easier, there’s no reason to do business with this company. There’s just too many options!

I ordered a pair of gloves, SKU 14:10;200000790:361385 October 6th, 2023. The actual cuff on the gloves were not as long as indicated.
Material was cheap. I don't know where they came from, but I received the order November 10, 2023. Don't expect to much and don't be in a hurry.

Beware!! I ordered on Sept. 23rd, was told item had shipped, then was told they were out of the item one month later, have requested a refund and still do not have it....Will never order from them again!

SCAM!!! They just want your money. Takes forever. Says it's coming from NY by tracking, but bounces around the US??
Once the items finally arrived in a battered, torn and re-taped plastic bag, I was disgusted to discover I had been duped. The "leather" biker pants were 100% cotton and to say they were ill-fitting is an understatement. Someone on here described the clothing as dollar store halloween costumes and I must agree. The jewelry and biker goggles were trinkets that could have come out of a carnival claw machine. The "water proof leather" bag to go on the luggage rack of my Harley was no bigger than a lunch box and absolutely was NOT leather and undoubtedly would not have been weatherproof either!
I paid to returned everything to an address they provided in Utah, and this "company" is charging a 15% restocking fee.

This company is scamming people and I'll be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission.

Update: as of November 12, 2023 I am still waiting for the refund agreed upon. I provided tracking and confirmation that the return did in fact arrive at their facility, was told they were "checking with their account department " and have heard nothing since on that front though I am still inundated with texts to purchase more.
