10/7 placed an order with ALR. The order left Illinois then to New York City, now it is in Illinois again (I live in NYC). Ridiculous! I will never purchase from this vendor again.

Even knowing I haven’t received the items,I must give Mr Mafe a 5 star rating when it comes to customer service, he’s definitely the best on replying back on the spot,Mafe has answered everything I needed to know,5 star meaning The Best,if the rank is higher I will correct my review,

I have ordered on three separate occasions. A biker leg bag, then steampunk glasses, then 2 addional pairs of sunglasses. All items arrived in excellent condition. Love them all. I only gave a 4 because the last order took a longer time for delivery.

ALR delevers on good time and have great customer service in case you have any questions. Not only is their service great, they have excellent quality items. In example I purchased a pair of leather gauntlet gloves. The price was reasonable and the quality of the gloves was excellent. I live overseas outside of the US and they arrived quicker than I expected. I am very happy with my shopping experience at ALR and will be back for more some time.

They can update you on your order or please send my order I still have yet to receive my item

DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY !!!!! I bought a bunch of stuff & to be fair, I received everything BUT a stupid choker that I wanted..... They said it was sent, IT WASN'T....They didn't want to do anything about it, but after about 20 emails they gave me a partial refund (don't know why it was partial) I thought I'd give them one more chance & they didn't send it yet again !!!! They don't honor their agreements, they are not trustworthy.... Save your money, DO NOT send it to them !!!!!

have been buying items from A.L.R for a few years now, everything l have ordered has been delivered &awesome!! haven't fitted my new camera system yet, but once again exellent service&product!!

I've unfortunately ordered twice from this scam company. I had already placed order #1 and saw something else and I rdered few days later. Mistake! First order took about 13 days. Second order has been handed off to shipping partner which in reality is probably American legend. Its been sitting in woodbridge IL for 2 weeks supposedly on way to post office. Every couple of days it shows it was moved but always shows same facility. They are just drop shippers and not good at that. Don't buy from these morons.

Same story as everybody else order something never shows up. You can not get a hold of them, this place is a joke. Wish I can get a refund probably too late for that now.

I absolutely love this bad ass motorcycle leg bag, also the live to ride,ride to live bracelet is super nice, had to make an extra hole because I have small wrists,shipping, delivery took longer then I expected, but their totally worth the wait,thanks so much,especially to Mafe, he was excellent at answering my emails

I placed and order for a Leather Corset and Leather Pants on July 14th. July 16th I placed an order for some tank tops. Received the tops right away and was actually very pleased with them. The first order however I never did receive. When I would track it would state the items were sitting in a shipping facility in Missouri. After several emails back and forth I received confirmation that items were waiting to clear customs from Shanghai. This is so misleading. Pretty much just short of Flat out misrepresentation. Will NEVER order from this place again. I paid the prices I paid because I thought I was buying American. My mistake, but one I will not be repeating. Nothing about American Legend is American. I legit feel sick about it.

Don't order anything from this company 3 weeks still haven't received my 4 items everything comes from China do yourself a favor and order from the USA companies

This company has the worst customer service, I have called and left a dozen emails about a return I never got credit for and no one answers you back, the phone number is a joke they say they will get back to you but no one ever does. What gets me is they still send me emails about their merchandise trying to get me to buy more.

I ordered two items from American Legend Rider, a top and a pair of boots! They are both cheaply made for the cost. I am keeping the top because, even though it isn't worth what I paid, it is kinda cute, but the boots are too big for me, they look and feel cheap and I just plain don't like them. I emailed American Legend Rider to ask for a RA so I could send them back and get a refund. They are giving me a runaround. They keep asking me what size I need and wanting pictures of the problem! How about besides the fact that they are too big, I DONT WANT A NEW PAIR BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE THEM!" I'm accually afraid to send them back after reading all the bad reviews. I'm afraid I won't get my refund and then they will have the boots and my money too!! I will never buy from them again!!

I initially ordered the wrong size jacket. I contacted ALR and was given information on the return of the jacket and how they would handle the replacement. Everything worked seamlessly.i received my new jacket 2 days after returning the jacket that was the wrong size ( My fault). This is a great company with great products, great service, great staff and a drive to treat their customers better than anyone else. I highly recommend!
