Agreed a sale and paid for collection for it to be cancelled due to the seller getting a higher
offer, now I’ve lost £150 and the item I wanted sold elsewhere. Avoid

Ordered multiple Carhartt jackets. Royal Mail messed up and lost one of them, but these guys sorted everything out nicely!

Item recieved quickly, dissapointed it was Moth eaten when described as good condition. I expect there to be minor defects on used items, even the odd hole but Moth eaten is Moth eaten. I sent photos of the 4 worst effected areas and they did offer me either a ten pound discount or a refund. I chose the postage paid refund which is the reason for 2 stars.

I purchase from their website almost 3 weeks ago and never shipped since. Never answer to my mail, never answer to their phone and never answer on their Instagram page. Seems a scam. Don't buy from them!
