Ordered a vintage Carhartt jacket from here, the seller made a mistake & sent the wrong size. I then ordered the same item again requesting the correct size is sent & this was supposedly shipped according to the seller but it was NEVER delivered, every attempt to contact the seller on multiple occasions following this problem has been IGNORED via both email & phone call. I wouldn’t recommend as when issues arise, they seem to disappear & ignore all attempts to resolve the issue.

Extremely disappointed by the lack of customer care & straight up ignoring all attempts to get this sorted and it’s been almost a month now - so I will not be buying from here again.

Great quality vintage clothing, delivered very quickly. If ever there is a problem with availability etc., an alternative can be sourced easily. My recent order encountered a minor hitch and was dealt with by Jon-Joe with the minimum of fuss.

Quick delivery. Clean vintage clothes, no smell. Bought a second piece directly after receiving the first one.

Delivery process is good

Bought a nice jacket, which was shipped to Denmark. Website clearly states "no extra import charges to US/EU". Was later billed 50 Euro from UPS for customs handling. Contacted customer service three times - no response.
Shop somewhere else.

I had a query about a product seen online, so sent an email for clarification. I received a response quickly explaining what I needed to know to make a buying decision. I ordered the product, which was dispatched and delivered quickly. I was pleased with the product and the overall buying experience, and would have no hesitation in buying again from American Madness.

Jacket turned up in awful condition. Full of holes, tears, stains, dirt and smelt. Advertised as mens but women sizing so too small and style different. £90 for a jacket worth £5

North face down jkt med . Paper thin and arrived stinking rotten . Washed four times . Also steeped and washed with vanish ocy action . Still Stinking . Thrown in bin even after throwing it out I can still smell the mouldy stinking rotten Smell .

Ordered a Carharrt jacket, when it arrived it was covered in debris and what looked like dog hair that was stuck in the wool. Had to obviously clean it, and when it was done drying once cleaned, the colour of the elastic at the bottom of the jacket almost looked like it was bleached. I have a handful of these jackets and never use detergent and put it on just a quick cycle with water or take them to the laundry cleaners. Quite disappointed.
