First of all they sent the wrong size…
First of all they sent the wrong size but my son liked the jacket so I reordered another in the size I originally wanted, they then send out the second order and the parcel isn’t signed or tracked for when I check the Royal Mail app because it said delivered but we didn’t get it and clearly no proof because they sent out items with the basic delivery method, I reached out to American Madness for them to put in a claim to Royal Mail as only they can do so when a parcel isn’t delivered and they totally ignored every message and calls they don’t care once they have your money so now I’m £94 out of pocket will never use them again
