Be sure to check the photos carefully. I bought a Carhartt jacket that was missing a zipper pull. It was mentioned in the sale, but I did not notice it in my excitement over a RED Carhartt (!!) so I can't blame American Madness. Maybe you could put a "warning" marker next to items that will need to be repaired by the buyer? For people, like me, who get carried away by the color of the jacket and don't notice the photo of the missing zipper pull. Just a suggestion. The person who responded to my email was very polite and helpful and the jacket is at the cleaners getting a new zipper pull. I love the jackets I have bought from you. This is the third one.

I keep getting these review emails and I haven’t even received my product yet. It says 3-5 shipping. I ordered this on June 30 and tracking says it hasn’t even left the warehouse yet, FedEx hasn’t received the package yet. Totally misleading.
