Light filling jacket in olive
What they offered:
I ordered a lightdown jacket to wear it under coats. The pictures online offered a jacket with buttons to close it. Next to that, the online pictures showed this jacket in a very good condition.
What I received:
The jacket comes without any buttons. But the buttonholes to close this jacket existed.
In Addition, there is a hole in the shoulder area were the filling comes out. Next to that, on the back part ist a huge repaired area were stiching lines goes to clutter.
I wrote a complaint via email back included fotos with the broken parts and to show them that there are no buttons fixed on this jacket. And they gave me an answer immediately. They told me that they will look after it and comes back with a solution. So far so good. But after this mail i didn’t received any other mails. I wrote a “friendly reminder” and asked for my solution. But nothing comes.. oh no that’s no correct. I received advertisings to buy more….
