Avoid at all costs!!

Completed the course and no one has sent me a certificate. No one answers the phone. No one answers the Live Chat. RIDICULOUS and FRUSTRATING... wish I could give "0" stars. AVOID at all Costs!!

My son completed and pass the Joshua's…

My son completed and pass the Joshua's law in July 2022 and we still have not received the certificate which should have been emailed in 2-3 business days per the email confirmation. I have called, emailed, and reached out via chat support and no response. FRAUD!

This business deserves negative star if…

This business deserves negative star if I could. Absolute dogsh*t of a service. I've been trying to reach customer service for 2 days and no one replied. They locked me out of my account because their biometrics don't work and it's impossible to get in touch with any one. Their "wait time" for the chat options was 19 minutes but I stayed on between noon and 9pm without anyone assisting. AVOID THIS SCAM SITE!

***DON NOT USE** I NOW HAVE TO FILE A FRAUD REPORT WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR THE CHARGES.

Looks like a scam

I finished the course, and then was instructed to resume again. That was after I had passed. They had my credit card and all my security information. They will not supply any information about getting the certificate. I tried calling them 25 times and no one answers the phone. Their chat doesn’t work. They don’t respond to emails. I’m stuck. Looks like this is a scam. I needed the certificate. Very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. All I have to say is use another site for your child to accomplish the Joshua's law course. 1: Its a timed slide show and actually takes around 45 hrs to complete versus the standard 30hrs. 2: They wont send your certificates in 1-2 days as they claim. 3: Calling or messaging through their chat so far I've been on hold for over 1h30min and on chat hold for over 30 mins. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Signed up for the NY Defensive Driver…

Signed up for the NY Defensive Driver online course.

Course wouldn’t complete after the last section, no response after attempting to open multiple chat sessions, no response to phone inquiry, no response to multiple email requests for assistance.
In short, customer service is non-existent, and it is impossible to resolve any issues with the course.

If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. I was locked out Jan 4 due to voice authorization. I have been on hold 5 times for over 8 hours over four days trying to talk with someone at 877-689-0674 to get my account unlocked. I emailed them five times with no reply from anyone even though the website states they will respond within 24 hours. I have tried using the CHAT to communicate with them and get no response. I have never had such terrible customer support from a company.

DO NOT USE I REPEAT

If I could rate this zero stars I would! Since the start of the program I have been doing the God awful verification by voice authorization system. I have always heard completed successfully and when I didn't I contacted the American Safety council customer support in order to see what was going on. They always gave me the run around and their wait times don't get me started they are false in summary. However, most of all my experience and the displeasure I felt from their customer service is beyond anything I've seen in my entire life! Not only was it unprofessional but it seemed of the 12 agents all of them had a different diagnosis as to why I kept getting locked out of my account. Finally the conclusion of all my fears happens, I fail the course due to voice authorization an agent told me. Mind you this is the same agent and I have told other agents this that, this day was to come and note it by my account in order for there not to be an issue when it does happen as it seemed to be a common occurrence. I was constantly promised to be contacted by a supervisor 'ASAP' however, nothing ever came to fruition. This is one of the worst companies I have personally even had dealings with and it was a scam of my $90. They pulled the rug under me in the 11th hour as I only had 2 more modules to complete despite all of the setbacks.

Terible customer serice

Terible customer serice. Can't get through to anyone, tried chat, phone and email. Took the course but have not received a confirmation. This is a fake website! I feel completely ripped off. Don't sign up!!!!

I took the online defense driving…

I took the online defense driving class. It is very glitchy and will not allow me to complete the class. It says 4-6 hours to complete but there is a timer in the background that will not let you advance to the subsequent modules. I started this at 1:30 PM and it is 7:30 PM. I still need to wait 1 more hour to advance to the final module rereading the same material or I get logged off. Also they ask personal questions if answered incorrectly you will not get credit for class. The data on some of these questions is wrong. These guys should not be on GEICOs website and should be out of business.

paid 50 bucks and if you get wrong 3 times from the quiz, your account will be blocked. Then you will be asked to pay another 50 to open up the account again :)

If I could give it Zero stars I would

If I could give it Zero stars I would. Sent wrong certificate and my daughter had to pay a fee to reschedule her driving exam. Twice. This company should NO LONGER be in business. Will report them to BBB. Unbelievable. We can’t get the correct certificate on line and had been waiting over an hour on phone and chat. Never got hold of them that day. American Safety Council needs their company shut down or revamped.

Absolutely horrible!

As a student 'using' this program. It's absolute bs! It has a timer where you can't move to the next lesson/module until it reaches zero, yet there is no penalty if you take longer than the timer to read the information. The customer service person I spoke to said it was there to accomodate people of various reading levels, yet there's no penalty if it takes more than the timer. Do NOT screw your child over by putting them on this drivers education program!!!!!!!! Why have a timer to 'accomodate those who don't read as fast' if it doesn't penalize you for going over the time? American Safety Council, just get rid of that stupid timer!

Look elsewhere, please.

If I could rate the ASC 0 stars, I would. PLEASE do not spend your money on them. I was in the process of taking a prelicensing course and got logged out due to inactivity in the middle of completing a module. In the process of answering security questions, I got locked out of my course (or blocked). They make unblocking your course seem easy. You either chat (which is supposedly the fastest way to contact them), email or call them. NEITHER option worked. I waited 20-30 minutes to chat with someone for the chat to end suddenly. I called and waited for over an hour and got no help. I emailed for them to tell me that there is nothing they can do and I have to re-register and spend an ADDITIONAL $49. What a major waste of time. Please save your time and money, and look elsewhere.
