I just lost my $25 and spent the whole…

I just lost my $25 and spent the whole day on this course. There website says it doesn't have exams so I was taking those quizzes not seriously. After I spent five hours I locked my account for maximum attempts on quizzes. Please stop looting people and display for losing money with maximum attempts.

Poor website performance

Poor website performance, they have a voice verification process that must be completed before you get credit for the course and it's not functioning properly. There are a ton of reviews online all about this same issue and for some reason the people that work here feel like it's ok to put blame on the student ( teenager ) for not taking it serious, when the website is clearly the complained about issue. So instead of apologizing and giving consumers that paid and completed courses the credit they deserve they want you to do it ALL over again. TIME is just as important as MONEY and this company is happy messing with both!
Update: I spent 2 hours on hold, in the midst of holding I was holding on chat. A Glennymarie chat rep listened and unlocked my sons account for him to continue. Upon finishing that chat a rude rep answered the phone who had apparently spoke to my husband a few days before and caused this who situation by telling him they could do nothing for us. You could hear the distain in her voice when she read the account notes and found someone had unlocked the account. She made every excuse under the sun for the system and gave me exact instructions to gt the voice verification to work. I will be videoing my son while doing these voice verifications and we will be doing so in a sound proof booth since I am a hearing specialist and have access to a true noise free surrounding.

Dont use

Dont use, tried twice and should of learned the first time. Dont believe reviews on their own site, they really have a 1.17 out of 5 star review. Can never get a hold of anyone in anyway. Site glitchy. Trust me many other companies out there

Blocked account as a pretext for requesting to pay again

I would agree with previous comments.
After purchasing their 5h pre-licensing online course and going through the whole authentication process, I waited a couple days to log in and start. I was unable to login because of an "authentication" problem. I used the online chat to solve the problem. I was told my voice couldn't be recognized hence my account was blocked and to unblock it I should pay again for the whole thing to start over. The rep also recommended an extra paid option to avoid these kind of problems in the future !!
Not only this "blocked account due to authentication problem" seems to be a fake pretext to have me pay again for a service that I couldn't even access the first time (!!!) but during the set up of the account I was never asked for a "voice sample", nor during my first time logging in... (there were then very few chances they could identify me through it).
It all pretty much looks like a scam.

Don't pay the expedited shipping - it doesn't work

I purchased expedited shipping for my drivers certificate because I had a DMV appointment that took months to schedule.

The certificate did not arrive on time and I asked for a refund of the expedite fees. I tried contacting the business via email and chat and the chat rep disconnected before I could finish. I was told a supervisor would return my call and refund the fees but there has been no call or refund.

american safety council SCAM online 30 hour course

I purchased the american safety council 30 hour online course because it was cheaper than iDriveSafely. BIG MISTAKE. I reviewed the iDriveSafely course with no problems - I failed the ridiculously worded PRACTICE quiz on the american safety council course, and they locked me out and told me to purchase AGAIN and register for the course. These guys are scammers!!!!

Terrible customer service

Slow customer service. After purchasing the course you are asked to verify your identity many times and when you have passed all verification you will just be logged out and ask to verify again. Later you are told your account is locked to call customer service which no rep responded after waiting online for hours.This is such a pain rather than going to sit in class and take the course.From my current experience I would rather take an in class course unless they can tweak the course to be easier to use than now.

BEWARE OF SCAM After finishing the…

BEWARE OF SCAM After finishing the online course about a month ago, it just ended. No further instructions No email verification sent. Nothing. You can't get through by telephone or by chat. Twice my wait time to chat said approx 11 minutes, waited an hour, and nothing. Twice by phone waited an hour before I gave up. My time and money was wasted, I now have to re-take it with another company. I will contact my bank and report it as a fraud charge. Geico was no help. I was told they had no way to communicate with them. So how could they endorse them. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Failing biometrics verification and terrible customer service

I signed up for the New York 5-Hour Prelicensing Course because I preferred to take this course at my own pace over 30 days, rather than sit through a 5-hour course in one day.
The course is intermittently interrupted to ask you to verify you are indeed who you say you are. Fair enough. They do this through a voice print verification. The problem is that the verification system very often fails to recognize me. After three attempts you are locked out of the course until you've contacted customer service which is nearly impossible to do (for anyone with a normally busy life) as you have to wait 30-60 min or more to get through on the phone support line, the live chat takes nearly as long and there's no sound alert when it goes through so if you're at all distracted by work or other activities, you'll likely miss it and have to start over. I also tried using their email support (asking for a refund if they couldn't address my problem) but that has gone unanswered.
I would not recommend this service to anyone. I'm complete over trying to make it work and now just want a refund and never have think about this company ever again.

A TOTAL SCAM

Paid to do a Mature Driver safety Course to present to my insurer for an extra discount. The course is absurdly outdated. Finished the course, cannot print a certificate for 7 days. If I want it earlier I have to pay extra.
Even though their web page says, and I copy this from there "After completing the course, you receive a certificate to submit to your insurance company for your discount." But after you have paid and done you get nothing. Also their customer service is a joke. Cannot email them, they don't answer the phone, web chat keeps you waiting forever.
