Having had no experience nor knowledge of a reverse mortgage and how it works, my family and I went into this blindly. We were on a venture to get a reverse mortgage for my elderly brother. My sister-in-law went online to research this. Enter Richard Hettish of American Senior Reverse Mortgage...I am not literate in the world of finance but Richard took time to explain the workings of a reverse mortgage. No matter how many times he had to explain something to my family, he did it with professionalism, knowledge and care. He was always available for us and patient with our questions. Richard is kind, always asking how my brother is and even though I was the main contact for the family, he always left messages for my brother as well as the other family members. Explaining a mortgage can become tedious at times but Richard's sense of humor always brought a welcomed relief. We were very fortunate to have found Richard and we highly recommend Richard to anyone who is looking for help in this area.
