I called several weeks ago. She stated she would call back that day and never did. She took all my information, name, address, house worth, balance owed, etc. if they didn’t want to give me reverse mortgage, the decent and professional thing is to call back and advised so I can go in a different direction. BTW, it took a couple of calls leaving messages for a call back. That should have been an indicator for me.

Applying for a reverse mortgage is quite an extensive process but working with Richard Hettish was such a pleasure. He patiently explained things to me, and was always available if I had a question. I highly recommend American Senior to anyone thinking about a reverse mortgage.

When I first considered doing a Reverse Mortgage, I started to call Lenders to find out exactly how they work and to learn what my options are. I knew I wanted someone in the lending business that specializes in them, someone with great follow-up, and a lender that could clearly & concisely explain the options and the process. I spoke with 4 different Reverse Mortgage Lenders before I found Marcus Powell. I know that I have high expectations when it comes to those in this industry, but Marcus exceeded everyone of them. His follow-up was impeccable and his ability to break down the process in an understandable way was phenomenal! From other Lenders I was told that Reverse Mortgages typically take 45 – 60 days to complete, but with Marcus it was a super easy and painless 26 days. I’m confident that he is the best in the business.
