I was embarrassed about my tax situation, but this team never made me feel judged. They were so compassionate and professional. Now, my personal taxes are in order, and I have peace of mind again!

We have been with ATS since 2021. We have paid them over $40,000 to negotiate our tax liability, pay our Federal and State taxes. Since then they have done nothing. Further, they have now cost us additional penalties and interest over $25,000. My wages have been garnished and a lien has been put on our home, after ATS had promised over and over again they would never let this happen. We have documented emails and texts substantiating our claims. We are now working with the Attorney General trying to recover from this. We are also joining others in a Class Action suit against ATS.

This company is using Robo calls to contact people and solicit services with out opt-in consent or having a EBR with that client. I have been receiving dozens of these calls weekly and finally took the call and found out who it was. My number(s) are on the DNC and this company has made some serious miss takes with there illicit marketing tactics and I will be filing with the FTC and AG's office.

Since Januaary 2022 I paid over $7000 in full for my taxes to get handled. So far, I am constantly asked to resubmit my last 3 months bank statements, pay stubs. I have done this countless times to no avail. I think you are scamming me. When I try to verify you on Forewarn, they cannot find any record of the phone contacts or name you gave me.
