While we do our best to control our prices, our costs have definitely increased over the years as we strive to be a competitive employer and maintain a clean record of compliance with ever-increasing regulations.
One solution is to charge your applicants an application fee. You can do that right through our system and in essence it makes the tenant screening report free for the landlord no matter how many (or few) units owned or managed.

Great reporting, reasonable fees
I am very pleased to be able to use American Tenant Screen. Their fees for each report are very reasonable, and so is their annual fee. There are so many so-called agencies on the internet that are little more than scams.
