I have been unsuccessfully trying to reach customer service for two weeks now. The incoming system usually puts me on hold and after 90 minutes of waiting on hold I get hung up on. That has occurred to me five straight times in a row on five different days calling it mornings afternoons and early evenings. I have left messages with the agent but he never emails or telephones back. I cannot possibly imagine a more worse customer service.. Ernest Krist
