Great Customer Service
Bought an item on their website and was given a tracking number with first class signed delivery. As the item was over two weeks late (due to the couriers fault), it was assumed as lost. Within 5 mins of notifying amexexclusive of this, they had processed me a refund a said they would claim from Royal Mail. Coudlnt recommend more and would definitely buy from again.
