In recent months several items promised next day delivery in Amsterdam failed even to ship. all day this item till late night showed arriving today
This is the third item. No known shipment date known its a joke . I will stick to Bol com from now on . Much more reliable

Please resend your proposed solution directly through Amazon’s official message system so there is a clear record of it. I will update my review once the issue is genuinely resolved, but at this moment my problem remains unsolved.
