What a great and reliable service Alex and AMF Automotive offer. Done the job at less than half price compared to other quotes and kept me up to date throughout the job. One of the only garages around I would trust with my AMGs.

I found Alex to be very helpful and knowledgeable and he was able to sort out the knocking noise on the rear of my Mercedes-Benz R107. This is the first time I have used AMF Automotive in Paddock Wood and will definitely use them again in the future.

I don't normally leave reviews but throught this company deserved it due to high level of customer service.

I purchased an old CLK and wanted someone to give it the once over and a small service.

I came across AMF on a Mercedes forum and they had good reviews so decided to give them a try. The communication I received and level of service was excellent.

Alex was really friendly, gave an honest view of all work required and then what might be required in the near future, never once tried to push any additional parts or jobs. The price originally quoted (very competitvie) was the price I paid even though he took extra time to look at my car thorougly.

AMF have now won a new customer, in fact I will being booking my brakes to be changed next week !

If you are looking for a company that clearly has a passion for Mercedes and believe in customer services then I would recommend AMF.

I contacted AMF originally via the Mercedes owner's forum after asking about getting my C200 remapped. Alex was very informative and helpful about the specifics of a remap, so I booked it in for the work.
I'm very happy with the remap, especially after giving it a 1600 mile road test in France.
Alex is very knowledgeable about Mercedes, and is an active member on the owner's forum, giving advice to all.
I would recommend contacting AMF about anything Mercedes related.

Alex at amf has done an excellent job on my car, so happy with the work carried out, highly recommended and not only super workmanship half the price of a main dealer keep up the good work amf, I will definitely be back. Jamie

Originally went there for diagnostics. The service i got was great! And the staff were very helpful and explained the issues with my car. Going to return my car to them to get fixed and as i have got busy schedule they will work around your schedule which i find fantastic service!

What a guy!!! top notch service and an encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to Mercedes Cars or automobiles in general i should say.
Took my S600 which had the LED ILS system and Alex sorted the issue in 15 minutes which even the main dealer could not sort out after 2 visits to them.

I found AMF pruely by chance, working in the area and was looking for a local garage to give my CLK a bit of TLC. I found Alex late one evening as he was locking up, he unlocked, diagnosed the problem and booked me in next day.
Highly recommended.

Alex is a friendly, personable and very competent auto engineer who managed to fix a recurring alarm issue that others had attempted and not been successful. Alex always kept me informed on timing and cost, with absolutely no attempt to inflate the work with unnecessary add ons. Great job, and I would thoroughly recommend this firm to anyone considering AMF Automotive – they will certainly be my first choice for future work.

Alex is a top class guy for Mercedes. He helped me a lot trying to solve my issue with my CL600. Their knowledge will make sure that your issue will be resolved quickly and to the highest possible standard.

I came across AMF Automotive via a Mercedes Forum, after I had an issue with my active bonnet malfunction. I got in touch with Alex and managed to make an appointment for a time convenient for me. Alex is very knowledgeable and clearly knows what he is talking about. Not long some garages where people have to Google the issue for example. Alex was very helpful and did everything he needed to do in front of me and talked me through what he was doing, which is a nice touch. I hope I don’t see Alex again (in the newest way possible!) but if I need any work doing I will definitely be going back! Alex’s colleague Rob was also very helpful, and both were very friendly. Alex and Rob sorted my issue within 30 minutes as promised. A fantastic service all round!

Alex is a very knowledgeable individual who was able to help diagnose, talk through and solve a few issues with my CL55 AMGK (very few garages will work on these) I went ahead had gave Alex the thumbs up to commence work and a few days later its done! Great workmanship and I'm very happy with the outcome! Highly recommend him!
