Took my Fiesta ST in and the team were brilliant from start to finish. They managed to fit me in very quickly, which I really appreciated. Everyone there was genuinely nice, very helpful, and made the whole process easy. They were honest about what needed doing, no upselling, and the prices were really fair too. Overall, great service — I’d highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for reliable, friendly and trustworthy people.

I have a relatively new car from skoda and was told by skoda needed brake pads and discs immediately. Went to station garage as a new customer and ask them for a quote. They could have just took my money but instead he questioned whether they needed doing as it seemed unlikely. He offered to look free of charge. And said whilst they were low I had a little bit longer before they needed doing. I have just been back to get them done several months later and as they knew I was waiting with my 3 boys, got the job done really quick at a very good price! I would highly recommend this garage and will definitely be coming back!

The best garage I have ever used. Max and Michael are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They offer good advice, explain the options available and don’t push the most expensive one on you. The team do good work and their prices are competitive. Highly recommended :-)

I had such a great experience at Station Garage in Paddock Wood on 12.05.2025. They quickly identified the issue with my Mercedes GLE, ordered the necessary part, and had everything sorted efficiently. The service was professional, the prices were the best around, and the team was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you so much, guys, for your excellent work and outstanding customer service. We turned up with a noise from one of our front wheels, and Mike and Sam were so helpful and willing to take an immediate look and resolve the problem despite it being near 5pm (closing time) and a number of vehicles still to finish. Great attitude and service. Looking forward to using them again.

My diesel vehicle was losing power and I needed a quick repair. An internet search brought up Station Garage and the location was perfect because I could get a train home to continue working whilst they had my car. Several emails later and the vehicle was booked in. Their mechanic test drove the car and found the fault within minutes (happened to be a failure of a repair at another garage). Same day, part was sourced and fitted. I felt they listened, were knowledgeable and did all they could to help. They’ve built my trust enough that I’d happily use them again.

We were totally stuck on a Saturday after our car broke down at Paddock Wood Station, we needed to get backti France. Sam answered an sos and fixed the car there and then. He was very professional and a genuinely nice guy. We are so grateful.

The best Garage in Paddock Wood and surrounding areas I have been to. Max and the team have looked after my car and kept it ticking and in good order with the best quality parts and kept the car going far beyond the years. My car was on the verge of breaking down on the motorway & the team managed to book me in that very day.
The time came that I needed to let my car rest in peace after 160k miles and I purchased a new car that claimed to have over 200+ checks. Sensing something wrong while driving. I requested Station Garage to check it. Yet again, the team checked the car for me and found it not safe for use.
I would only trust Station cars above any other garage in the area- they are reliable, trustworthy with advice and the validity to parts and the work.

Station Garage have exceeded my expectations and given brilliant customer service. I'm now upgrading my recent bad review to 5 stars. They apologised for the mistake and while there wasn't 100% proof that they were at fault, they have offered me generous compensation and I'm now very happy to use them again and recommend them.

Slap dash repair and no reimbursement of the cost to fix it. Don't expect any help if anything goes wrong. Don't use this garage.
Station Garage neglected to refix the cabling when they fitted new link rods. Fortunately, the cabling did not catch on anything. If it had, I might have had a serious accicent and not been able to prove that Station Garage were at fault.
The garage's only comment was that I should have taken it back to them to fix. That's fair enough, but since I live 100 miles, I'm hardly going to drive a car with a squeaky noise round the M25, assuming the fault was to do with the link rods. They should accept my situation and at least offer some apology and compensation. Very poor attitude from them.
The garage would not accept they were at fault, saying that someone else might have tampered with it. Ridiculous! It's hardly likely that someone is going to take off both link rods, remove the cabling and then reattach both link rods. It's clearly Station Garage's fault and I have photographic evidence from my garage to prove it.
Don't use this garage.
