After a lot of research on the internet looking into solicitors and Will writers I chose AMG Wills following a telephone call that Stuart made to me. He was clear in his explanation of what I could expect from a home visit and I did, at least initially, want to talk to somebody face to face in person. I was reassured by Stuart's visit that he understood what I wanted to set up, a new Will and two LPAs and was not pushy in the conversation that we had. Choosing the right person/ company to work with was important as I felt like I needed to trust them to handle the process professionally and this has been my experience so I would recommend AMG Wills Ltd to others. Stuart has been prompt in responses to emails, answering questions and setting up appointments in a courteous and professional manner.

After a long wait, on my part, I eventually got in touch with Stuart and was initially impressed by his ability to listen without interruption during our first telephone dialogue and with his informed answers to all my questions. During my visit to his offices, where I met various members of his team, I was confident that his patience, expertise and knowledge would make the rather daunting procedure of writing my will and two POAs, much less stressful than anticipated. From the initial conversation with Stuart on the phone I was put at ease. I liked how he was prepared to listen and give information before we had decided to proceed with our Wills and LPA's being written.

Stuart Phelan of AMG Wills was extremely proficient and thorough when helping me set up my Will and Lasting Power of Attorney recently.
