Unbelievably awful

I have bought and sold a number of properties in my life, this firm is by far the worst I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.

I can’t impress enough how much stress and miserly this firm caused to everyone. Without me getting hold of the matter everyone’s sale and purchase would have collapsed.

This was a short uncomplicated chain. However, this firm took more than 7 months just to deal with basic enquiries. From my perspective, they missed matters that should have been resolved months before, significantly delayed the transaction, gave poor advice (which almost lead to the sale collapsing), repeatedly asked the same questions that had already been answered, were constant blockers and engaged in internal email tennis, rather than pick up the phone to resolve matters.

My view, is that if you want stress and an exceptionally poor experience then this is the firm for you. If however you want a speedy, smooth and stress free transaction, I’d strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Don't use this firm! Some of the conveyancers are probably fine but the one i have dealings with ought to change professions! He is disorganised, non- communicative, and either inexperienced or deliberately obstructive! After an unnecessary delay over a period of weeks we are still no closer to exchange. Why? No-one knows because he isn't communicating! He has all the documentation, the funds have been secured and the deposit in. The last piece of information was received by him on Monday at 3.15pm (a letter he insisted receiving in paper copy) and since then...........nothing!!!
