Great price and fast shipping. Came a day earlier than expected and in excellent condition.

I've been ordering from AmmoShopOnline for over a year now to the tune of about $3,500 in orders. My fifteenth order of 1,000 5.56 rounds packed in a free ammo can with free shipping arrived Saturday (10/6) intact, dry and exactly as expected. I'm a devoted customer that keeps going back because they have excellent pricing, deliver on time and send me exactly what I ordered. I can't ask for anything more.

So far I've made two orders from them. The first went off with out a hitch. The second 6 boxes of ammo where left out and it took over a month to get them. The ammo is great target ammo and I've zero malfunction

Ordered 4 bulk orders of ammo on Oct 29.
They packed all 4 boxes separately with tamper proof tape and gave them their own tracking number, I’m guessing to make sure that everything you order is 100% accounted for “smart”.
I received one box on Nov 2 and the other 3 were dropped off today, which is the 4th.
I haven’t had this good of an experience with ordering ammo with anyone else, and they also smoked everyone else’s pricing!
Great company and I’ll be back.

Purchased 1000 rounds of Swiss Ruag m193 and 1000 rounds of Swiss Ruag 9mm 124 grain. Order was actioned in a couple days, free shipping, and 3 days later arrived. It was pouring rain and the boxes were wet. The 556 was in an ammo can and the 9mm was vacuum sealed with anhydrate salts inside. The box could have been thrown in the ocean and would still be good to go. Saw a few negative reviews, so felt urge to support businesses who deliver on time, on target, and aren't gouging. 5 stars.

I have ordered twice from Ammo Shop Online. The order was filled and accurate and the price for RWS .22LR was more than fair to me. I did take advantage of their Free Shipping Offer. The only hiccup that might, and I say might be an issue is that it took 7 days or so for delivery to occur. As with so many other folks, right now is a tough time to obtain good labor. I will buy from this firm again.

I have placed six separate orders with Ammo Shop Online since May of 2021, each order has been processed, shipped and received in a timely manner.

I cannot comment on customer service representatives as I have yet to have to contact them via phone or email.

I was hesitant initially to order based off reviews but have been more than satisfied and will continue to order from ASO in the future.

Finally I would like to say thanks to Ammo Shop Online for providing a quality product at a reasonable price when most ammo suppliers are not.

ASO order was received today. Placed order on Thurs. arrived by FedEx. on Sun. Ordered 9mm Swiss rounds and .380 ACP rounds. Fast free shipping. Will use again in future. No problems as advertised.

I ordered two cases or 22lr from ammoshoponline.com because of the awesome price. I was not charged until after the order was shipped. I received updates from FedEx until the ammo was delivered. The ammo was packaged well and in great shape. Nothing to complain about at all

First time purchasing from them and was extremely skeptical given the negative reviews. However given their prices on items I needed took a chance. All was good, items shipped quickly, was provided a tracking number and contacted when package shipped. Good experience will buy from them again. A+++

I have never had any problems ordering from AmmoShopOnline. I have ordered 9mm & .223 from them as I have found them to have the best price. I have shot quite a bit of the Norma 9mm through two Glocks, a S&W Shield and a Sig P365xl with no problems. The .223 was not actually in stock when I placed my order but they had the courtesy to e-mail me about it so no bother there. Overall I have found them to be a very good ammunition source. Just wish they would offer an alternative to Fed-Ex.

I have bought several times from ammoshoponline in the past and again today. I have always been happy with my purchase and it might take a little bit longer than some other online ammo sales companies to get your order but i have been very happy with this company for a few years now. I have ordered several hundred rounds of ammo from them and always happy!

First purchase from ASO. Everything went smoothly. Ordered 300 rounds of RUAG 9mm despite all the negative reviews, most of which seem to be centered around FedEx employees losing/stealing packages.

ASO gets 5 stars based on my experience. Ammo was decently priced given the current climate and shipping was fast. The lazy FedEx delivery person left the package at the end of my driveway for anyone to steal (thankfully I noticed it while leaving for work).

I will order from ASO again but next time I will call and see if they would allow me to pay extra for UPS shipping with package insurance.

It's unfortunate that FedEx has caused them so many negative reviews. Hopefully they drop FedEx and offer UPS as an alternative along with an option for shipping insurance. I don't mind one bit paying extra for peace of mind.

I received my order of 12 gauge mini slugs on July 9th 2021. When I opened the package (which had absolutely no damage) I found every package of ammo inside had obvious water damage. The corrosion was so bad that it was seeping through all the the packages (I have pictures). I called Ammoshoponline.com, and they told me to return it that day. I had to print a new label, repackage all the ammo, and find a FedEx drop box. This was Friday. The following Monday they told me the rest of that specific ammo was sold out. We then agreed they would send me 9mm ammo instead. I found out the following Thursday that FedEx stated that my package was delivered and signed for by me. I called Ammoshoponline.com and told them I never received the ammo. They told me they had been having problems with FedEx and they were looking into using a different delivery carrier. I opened an investigation with FedEx and found out a week later that they closed the investigation without contacting me. I then called Ammoshoponline.com and explained nothing had been resolved. I asked the customer service representative to speak to a supervisor and she told me the supervisor was out until the following week. When I finally spoke to the supervisor the following week she explained she couldn't do anything for me. Instead of making the situation right, they said they were just going to refund my money.
Obviously my time, frustration, and keeping me as a customer is not important to Ammoshoponline.com.

I've seen all the negative reviews for Ammo Shop Online. However this is my experience. I placed my order on Friday afternoon of 27 August. I got confirmation of order that evening. I received shipment confirmation Monday morning of 30 August. I received my order very securely packaged, on the afternoon of September 3rd. All was exactly as I ordered, there no problems whatsoever.

I ordered ammunition based on a free shipping promotion. I was charged almost $100 for shipping in error and now they are refusing to refund me based on a decision from "management". I would stay clear from this company, they are dishonest and do not care about customer satisfaction. They don't deserve your business, don't waste your time and money.

I read some negative reviews about this company but, gave them a shot. The product arrived in four days, as advertised, in great condition, and at a very reasonable price. I ordered more and hope they have found the key to continued smooth operation.

I was very worried about buying at AmmoShop. I read some reviews that led me to believe I might not get my ammo due to FedEx. I went and did it anyway. Everything was fast and no issues. I got the ammo in just a few days and not a single issue. I will order from them again. I hope I get the same experience as my first time.

I just ordered a case of 9mm Norma on 8/16/21. Price was reasonable. The best I could find right now. It arrived on 8/19/21. 3 days from the time I ordered. Pretty good. It was packaged well and in excellent condition. I will definitely purchase from them again.
