I ordered 9mm Norma and it arrived as expected in a week. Although their initial auto-email conformation was worded poorly and misleadingly, the order came out OK. It pays to be patient with them because their communication messages are not very assuring. The package was well done and wrapped in "Tamper Detection" tape, which is god for preventing shipping breaches. If simply measured by my shipment results they deserve a good rating.

Found this site by accident when browsing for ammo. They had Norma 9mm and RWS 22 ammo on sale. Placed an order, paid and FedEx made the delivery at my door step in four days. My order was accurate, no issues. Very pleased with the fast shipment. Will order more in the future.

Okay it has taken me some time to get here and update this review and I want to apologize for not doing this sooner and for the mistake that was made. It was about a year or close to 2 years before I discovered that a neighbor had actually got my package and her son was helping her move and discovered the box that had my name and address in small print on the shipping label. He brought me the opened box and explained he wasn't sure what happened but I eventually got the package and everything ordered was there. I apologize for the 2 star review and any comments I made which the original review follows. I changed my review to 5 stars. It seems from reading some of the review's July 2021 was missing package month. Ordered some 12 gauge shells TECHRIM 12ga 1 3/4" Mini Shell - 1oz SLUG - QTY 15x5 they shipped by FedEx Ground shows delivered but have not been found. I live in a RV so they couldn't have left them on the front porch like it says. It was 30 dollars worth of ammo and 20.81 shipping. It is not as much as some losses but there is a problem. A company should accept some responsibility for getting your product to you. It sounds like they are doing this from the reviews so here is my order number 291256. I did talk to Grace I believe was her name, who said she would email me something to send to FedEx but I never received that either. I am currently trying to file a claim with FedEx and we will see how that goes. I will gladly change my review or write a new one if this issue gets fixed. I mean it seems there is a problem somewhere. The Covid-1984 shouldn't have stopped having someone sign for receipt of the package. We are talking ammo here and this kind of stuff is not good for business. AmmoShop Online please do what is right! #Stradog

I ordered 200 rounds of .357 mag ammo (i know this will shock everyone) FedEx lost it. I reordered then contacted ASO, told them about it and I would be willing to pay a little more for shipping if they used UPS. ASO made it right and they're prices are great. "F" FedEx! I personally think some FE employees are taking our orders and making a little extra $.

Do not buy ammo from these people .I never received my package and they say it's not there responsibility it's mine. I didn't choose the shipping company they did so I'm out 200 dollars. Nothing can be done so scammers come from legit places as well. Be careful.

I should have listened to the other online reviews. That's on me. What you need to know... Packages are not insured. You cannot request signature delivery. Knowing that should tell you all you need to know. Packages will be shipped, but on day of delivery, it will say delivered, but no package. My guess, they are cancelling shipments on delivery date. They know FedEx will not help you and they will refer to the agreement policy saying they are not responsible for shipments when they leave their custody. Most companies would provide a credit or refund. Unfortunately, you can add AmmoShopOnline to the sketchy, take advantage of the pandemic, list of companies.

Great service, Norma ammo is high quality works excellent in all my 22lr and 9 mm pistols Springfield Armory, Glock, and Taurus. Good communication. They are my first stop for online ammo.

I placed an order Saturday night (June 28th) for 1,000 9mm rounds (20 boxes of 50). Monday morning I got an e-mail with tracking number. Today (Thursday, July 1st) I got the package. Properly packaged with exactly what I ordered. That was my 9th order in 8 months. And I'm really happy too because this weekend it's "RANGE DAY" for me and my sons. Ammo Shop Onlne is a trusted supplier for me since Oct 2020

I should be writing about fedex but I see so many reviews about them losing orders. I ordered from the company and they shipped through FedEx. FedEx claims they delivered my package. They never came to my house at the time they say they delivered. They wasn't on my house camera at set time. Fedex is a horrible company.

Update: Today June 30,2021 the delivered "package" that was delivered Monday June 28 mysteriously showed up on my porch today after numerous complaints to fedex.

I ordered some Norma 223 from them about a month ago... No problems.

i JUST finished an order for more 223 plus some 9mm. Some of the best prices around.

Toward the end of the order I see a T&C that I don't remember seeing before.

Gist: Customer assumes ALL responsibility for order after ASO get's to shipper... They make you check a box agreeing to this. However, I didn't see an option to choose the shipper, ASO picked FedEx. That Fedex was about 8.5% of my order total, that I'm paying... But if somehting goes wrong I'm SOL???? F That!!!!!

Sooo, if FedEx looses my order, like an uncomfortably high # have reported here... Then, again, I am SOL. I don't remember seeing this a month ago. Seems their reaction to lost orders, like reported here, is to F over customers vs making sure the order is insured on their side, etc.

I will update this when I actually get my order. HOWEVER, that doesn't change the risk they have introduced to customers.

I plan to find a different place to order from in the future. That is IF I see the same T&C in a future order. Paying a lil more for less risk is worth it to me

My shipment got lost by Fed Ex, but ammoshoponline issued a refund. While they did make this right, I won't order from them again until they change their shipper or change their shipping terms so that you aren't responsible for shipments once they are turned over to Fed Ex. Even so, since they refunded the order they definitely deserve five stars.

2 cases of 9 mm and 3 boxes bonded hollow points . Worried because prices were favorable and some people unhappy with service.

Sent me someone elses order. Refuse to send me my order until they get the wrong order back. Explained I CONTACTED them and wanted to give it back but and to schedule a pickup at my house. asked for a tracking number for my correct order. told me i wasn't getting it or my money back until they received the mechandise back they sent me by mistake. Told them it wasn't my fault they made a mistake and i was being an honest customer wanting togive it back and if they were making me wait to get my merchandise until they fix their screw up then i was fileing a complain with attorney generals office since this involved ammunition. Customer server told me that I will not receive my merchandise and will receive a refund when they receive the merchandise back. stated they don't do business with people that file complaints and then hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager, but of course the manager is out until next week and there is no other manager to speak to. I am now filing a complaint with the atf as well. you will treat an honest customer like trash and hold their money ransom.

I had never heard of this vendor until this April. I'm not sure but believe they are a distributor for NORMA USA. I've made six orders totaling over $2,000. Everything has been superb. Delivery has been on time or exceeded. Their pistol ammo is very reasonable. I've bought 1200 rounds of .357 Magnum which is near impossible to find elsewhere. Their 9mm & .380 MHP ammo is a steal at current prices. Do NOT believe the few bad reviews on this company. They've been the tops & I'll continue to buy from them.

I had never heard of the company, but their prices were NICE. I ordered 150 of .380, 150 of 9mm, and 150 of .223. (BTW, I just haven’t been able to find .380 anywhere, without paying an arm and a leg.) They all came in and looked GREAT!!! Will definitely order from them Ammoshoponline again.

I ordered 8 boxes of 38 special ammo and got a a free box of 9 mm ammo as part of their Memorial day special. No problem whatsoever. Got it today via FedEx. What scam are they talking about?, Nonsense.

I don't usually write reviews when purchasing stuff online, but I made an off-the-cuff decision to buy from AmmoShopOnline last week and only thought to check the reviews afterwards. When I saw the negative reviews I was naturally worried.

I shouldn't have been - the .380 ACP I ordered arrived on time and as described.

If you're worried about buying from these guys - rest assured they're legit and you get what you ordered.

Will buy from again.
