I had an issue with getting my order, due to shipping issues. Customer service responded promptly, but was somewhat apathetic. Now, my order seems to be in order, so I'm changing my one star review to three. Here's the story: Tracking said my package was delivered, but I had no package. I contacted both the seller, and the delivery company, both gave me the run around. The shipper told me that the sender needed to file a claim, and closed my claim, the seller said that they can't file a claim with the shipper. The conclusion: package wasn't stolen, USPS took FedEx package, since it was in mailbox. They took a week from when it was originally delivered to give me a notice. I paid that fee too, and now I have my ammo. Huzzah!

I saw the troubling reviews and was A bit concerned so I made A small order of 300 rounds of various ammo and it all showed up 5 days later at my home. I will be ordering more soon.

My most recent order was for 10 boxes of Norma 9mm 50 rounds per box. My order went through right away and the next day I got a tracking number confirmation via e-mail. The delivery hang up was FedEx, they didn't scan my shipment right away so it sat in their warehouse a couple days. That's on FedEx not Ammo Sop Online. When I received my order it was exactly what I ordered, 10 boxes of Norma 9mm range rounds. I couldn't have been happier. I'll order from them again with confidence as I have 10 times before.

This is my second review to give update. The day after i wrote my previous review, ammoshoponline sent an email apologizing for such a delayed response. They informed me they had my ammo in stock and could resend as it was lost in the transit (still fed ex has not picked up a package that ASO sent the tracking number to me on) or I could get a refund. I chose refund. More than a week later, I have yet to recieve refund nor have i heard back from them. I have contacted a few of the reputable sites where I have seen ammoshoponline advertise to alert them. Hopefully this will be wide spread where AMMOSHOPONLINE will have to go out of business. With your help to spread the scam they pull, we can get such a shady so called business oit of the market.

Ordered 500rds of Norma 9mm via their website. Never received a shipping confirmation, tracking number, etc. Called their office letting them know I was a customer and gave them my order numberc yet they refused to let me know who I was talking to and where their business was located. Finally, one of the women gave me a fake name of “Grace” and she told me wasn’t dealing with me, was cancelling my account and could have my bank take care of charges because they don’t issue refunds to ‘people of my kind’ and kept hanging up on me. They had another woman call me from a Florida mobile number (813-546-2059) with an awful fake Asian accent and when I tried to explain what happened, she hung up on me and blocked my phone number. DO NOT attempt to order any ammo through these people EVER. They are scammers. Even went as far as to disconnect their “business” phone numbers so I couldn’t reach them anymore.

So about a week ago, I left a review of ammoshoponline.com. As previously stated, the enormous amount of negative reviews really gave me pause before trying it, but I tried anyhow. The first order went off without a hitch. I ordered 100 rds of 7.62x39 brass-case ammo. For reference, 20 rds runs about $23 a box, IF you can get it, here in my local area. I'm not sure about the legalities of posting prices, but let's just say the cost per round from ASO, including shipping, was WELL below the local price.

On the off chance that the negative reviews turned out to be the norm with this company, I ordered similar rounds from another site; a little more pricey, but figured what the heck, still cheaper than what I can get around here. Bottom line; I have received 2 different orders from ASO and am still waiting on the other site to deliver. I cannot overemphasize how pleased I am with ASO. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work.

Ordered 9mm hollow points. Initially had an issue but this seller corrected the problem

Bought what I thought was .357 ammo as it was listed in the ammo section of the site. Turns out just the bullet (projectile only not full ammo). No response on my inquiry on this. Be careful or you will pay for their mistake.

I read some troubling reviews, but decided to try my luck; very glad I did! The pricing on the ammunition (Norma 308 Win brass) was very competitive and the shipping was reasonable. All told, my total all in price was exceptional for the ammo I received. I received my order within 4 days of placing it; even though I placed it going into a weekend. Well done Ammo Shop!

It doesn’t matter how expensive shipping is, you have to calculate all together to see what each round cost you. So far I can’t find fmj 9mm cheaper. For now I keep returning to them. It takes 4-5 days to PA.

Ordered 250 rounds. Says FedEx delivered April 12th. Never received and camera proves they never entered property that day. Ammoshoponline refuses to return calls or emails. I have left voicemail and emails for them to file a claim so I can get a refund. They refuse to return calls and emails. This company is no better than a thief. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

This company is fraudulent and rude. I ordered 9mm fmj Norma ammo, and they shipped me FRANGIBLE. The ticket in the box states that I ordered Norma 9mm ammo, and they are trying to charge me 15% restocking fee for their intentional wrong order. The customer service rep was condescending and continually talked over me. When I stated that it was their mistake for shipping the wrong product, he stated again 15% restocking fee on all returned orders. These people are WORTHLESS! Don't waste your money, read the other reviews. I will be having my attorney chew on them for sure.

I ordered three times from this company. The first order was slow to ship. The 2nd order was a fedex issue . The driver came to the door with an open box. He said the truck wasn't packed right and it fell. I called and emailed .A woman said will send you a shipping label send it back. Upon receipt of a tracking number they will refund my account. Next day I receive a plastic baggie with 5 rounds of 45 acp in my mailbox put there by a fedex driver. 4 days later they received the order back. After 6 days I receive an email from someone in Florida from RAUG. They will refund after settlement. Meantime I ordered another400 rounds from them that was delivered promptly. So still waiting for my $300 refund. Customer service is not their strong suit for sure. Why they continue to use Fedex is beyond me.

UPDATE 4-28-21 My account was refunded the full $300. I would have much rather had the ammo. I am bumping my rating up to 4 stars. Communication for this company is still poor. In the terms of agreement they state once the ammo is picked up by FEDEX they are no longer responsible. So buyer beware!

I placed an order with Ammoshoponline.com on April 8th. I was a little hesitant because the prior purchase took so long even though I live only about an hour and a half away. Of note, I am paying FEDEX prices to get my ammo in a timely manner. I received a shipping notification on April 12th, the same day my friend down the street, who placed an order at the same received his ammo. FEDEX tracking states that the ammo was picked up on April 14th. FEDEX shows that the package arrived in Augusta on April 16th, but the package was damaged and returned. On April 20th I called Ammoshoponline again. I was told that they did receive the package and that it would be resent and I would receive an email. I call today April 23. I asked about the status of my order. I was told it was shipped the prior day. The individual on the line basically said that it was FEDEX’s fault, although stating that they sent it to me by FEDEX again, and cannot provide me an arrival date. I told the lady that I had spoke to someone prior and that I was told it was going to be addressed on the 20th. The lady became rude, again telling me that all of their problems are FEDEX’s fault, and that they were way to busy with thousands of packages going out every day to deal with my issue. When I was trying to talk to her about it, she threatened to cancel my order and give me a refund. If FEDEX is the issue, and you continue to use then it becomes your issue. Sounds like they don’t need my business.

New to Ammo Shop. Made 2 separate purchases online. The first order was processed within 24 hours and the second order within 48 hours. Given the level of demand for ammo right now, this timing is absolutely acceptable and appreciated. Received the orders within 48 hours of their dispatch from the shop! Great customer service, great follow-through. Will use this company again. RB

Ordered 223 on 4/9/21, was delivered 4/15/21. Excellent customer service and excellent shooting Norma Tactical 55 Gr FMJ. Will be purchasing again, thanks!

I also ordered 100 rounds of 9mm. My FedEx tracking information has been pending for 2 weeks. They upload a tracking number, but never shipped it. They’re rip offs. Do not buy from these people.

I understand ammo prices etc... but shipping cost???
350 rounds of 9mm cost of $160 and shipping $120??? Are you shipping from Mars? Get Real, others shipping is free or around $15-20 but not $120... Stop gauging shipping costs... good luck to whoever want's to buy from them

I ordered 100 rounds of 9 two weeks ago. i tried contacting customer service via phone and email to no avail. my fedex tracking info hasn't updated in over a week, my package was scheduled to be delivered yesterday and now its in "Pending" status. don't make the mistake of buying from these people ever again, i'm going to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. the shipping charge is incredibly expensive for such mediocre service.
