IDK about anybody else but I just ordered 4 bxs of 9mm and they were at my door in about 10 days so I’m very satisfied

This company totally sucks! They took my money and order!on 03/16 Failed to complete the delivery process to FEDEX and after almost a month. Sent an email saying there was a mixup and that they are out of stock! NEVER AGAIN ! IF YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE BUY FROM LAX or True Shot Gun Club. Update: 04-17-2021 I finally got my refund back 04-14 after several phone calls and multiple emails! By the way the same ammo they say they dont have in stock is still being advertised!

Gouge you on shipping. Lied about ship date shipped 5 days after printing there shipping label and email stating as shipped. Do not buy from this company

I just received my 22lr rounds caught a sale they had going for 500rnds order it March 4th came March 31st they were packed nice and oily had to reach out through email 1time and they responded with the tracking number from FedEx only thing is the wait

I have made 4 separate orders and received orders 6 days later. First they sent an email with confirmation of order with tracking number. Second email that it was shipped. Excellent service.

Ammo arrived as described. However they don't reply to customer service inquiries at all.

I'm just hoping someone can tell me if I should order they have 9mm 65gr defense ammo for $19 cant find it anywhere right now and this is 1st place I've seen that says in stock can so.eone reply before 12am to right to let me know if it's too good to be true or good to go

I would give them zero stars....called twice and emailed twice and I'm still waiting for a response. I ordered my package on the 10 of March and haven't received ot yet. FedEx said they dropped it off but they are lying. I have cameras and nothing. If these would have called me and try to help I wouldn't be writing this.

Ordered 5 boxes of 380 ammo on Sunday and had it Thursday morning. Appears to be good quality. Between the shipping cost, tax and handling fee it kicked the price up almost $30, not happy with the extra cost but at least I got ammo.

Ordered a brick of .22 and some 9mm ammo on the 19th. Got a 10% discount for St Patrick's day, which made me feel better about the $5 order fee.

Ammo arrived on the 25th, a bit less than a week. It was packed well, allthough one box of 9mm had opened in transit, everything was there and it only took a minute to put things right.

Norma 9mm boxes say that they're made in Hungary, and they look as good as any other 9mm that I've purchased. I'll test some at the range tomorrow, but at .57 a round, not too many of them.

All in all, they HAVE ammo, sold it to me with no fuss at the same prices that everyone else does. The shipping costs were pretty close to real, and if you order 1000 rounds, that $4.99 order charge works out to a half-cent per, so I'm not too concerned.

I would use them again, and likely will, as long as my favorite sellers remain out of stock.

I ordered 9mm which they showed as in stock. They immediately charged my credit card which is a violation of federal law, they are not supposed to charge until item is shipped. checked my order, it shows "on hold" Do not order from these folks.

I tried calling and emailing them and leaving messages and they have yet to get back to me. I received my order one of the boxes of ammo was missing half the ammo I have repeatedly tried to call them and email them about this to No avail. They should not be allowed to sell ammo and if you read this you should not order from them they are scammers.

This company is absolutely useless. I wish I would have checked the reviews before purchasing here. Not only did I pay way to much for shipping but it also took double the time to get here. And they can’t blame that on weather. Also was missing almost half of my order. Waiting on a response. However I doubt I will receive one. Do not buy from them. You will be screwed one way or the other!

Shipping is a flat ripoff: $180 for 1k case of 9mm; same shipped by competitors at or below $35. So their prices may look good but cheaper to buy elsewhere given inflated(!) shipping.

Outrageous. I placed an order over a month ago. they sent me wrong product with the correct label description, which means the order was put in system correctly and somebody still put the wrong stuff. I returned their stuff and it s been over a month and still haven't gotten my ammo, nor a refund. Their CS rep doesn't even know what planet is she on. When I asked her where if the correct order has been shipped she asks me to REMIND her what was wrong with my order, when there are 10 emails exchanged about that.

Received ammo promptly, no problems.

Sent the wrong ammo and even when their website says the 9mm I did order was in stock, never sent it. I am BBB complaint and looking into interstate fraud filing, along with cc fraud. Ignored my emails for shipping the stuff they claimed they had in stock. They are thieves.

At a time when ammo was scarce, they had what I was looking for. I read some negative reviews, but decided to order anyway. I placed my order on the evening of 3/3/21 and also created an account at that time so I could get tracking information. The next morning, I received an order confirmation email. That afternoon (3/4/21), I received an email that my order had shipped along with the tracking info. My order was delivered on 3/7/21 (a Sunday!). The shipping box was sealed with tamper-proof tape. The ammo boxes were all sealed, and my order was correct. I have never heard of "Norma" brand ammo before, but it appears to be of good quality and I am eager to try it out at the range. To all the people that complained about lack of communication, I received an email every step of the way and could not ask for more. The prices were fair, but the only downsides were the shipping costs and handling fee. Overall, I am happy with my experience and I will likely buy again.

I ordered and received all ammo in about 7-8 days.
