Really poor. Sent me the wrong coloured item. I asked for a refund or a discount for the inconvenience. They offered me £3.50 which was less than the postage to return the item. Returned the item but took over a month to get my money back and then I had to chase several times more to get the cost of postage of the returned item. Not one word of apology from them for sending the incorrect item - made it sound like it was my fault. Glad I persevered tho cos managed to get the same item for a fraction of the price from another company. #karma

I purchased two items, a "O-type Foot Corrector Orthopedic Insoles UK For Men And Women × 1" and a "Smart Anti Snoring Device UK EMS Pulse Stop Snore Portable Comfortable Sleep Well Stop Snore Health Care Sleep Apnea Aid USB".

The O-type foot corrector tore after one use, so I returned it and I eventually got a refund a month later and had to chase for the postage costs, which I eventually got. Customer service is mono syllable and unhelpful.

I used the anti snore device with some discomfort. After recharging it a second time, I had two large round burn marks and two small punctures under my chin where the device fitted.

I submitted photos and asked for a refund and a return label. I heard nothing by 20 days later, despite sending a reminder so considered legal advice and noted that the item has been removed from the website.

I wrote a further email and resent the photos and was fobbed off again, so after another email I finally received a refund for a lesser amount with no apology.

The product is dangerous, the injuries I sustained are still not fully healed after 3 weeks, the customer service is appalling, they tried to ignore me and avoid honouring the money back guarantee which is advertised as 'satisfied or refunded'.
I am quite appalled and offended by this company and will not be using them again.

The Knee Support Brace Protectors offer excellent stability during my workouts. The quality is top-notch, and they fit comfortably without slipping. My order arrived ahead of schedule, and customer service followed up to ensure satisfaction.

Ordered an anti-snoring device to give it a try. Taking of my money and delivery of the product went well. After two days of use, on the second night, I received horrendous bruising to the area under my chin where the device sits, so I stopped using it immediately and returned the item. I have photographic images of the injuries I received.
I then instigated a return 16 days ago (at the time of writing) and they were slow to respond by email and have never responded through their WhatsApp portal (despite advertising to me through it).
I returned the item under their 'no quibble guarantee' and also of course under the consumer protection laws, not to mention even thinking about health and safety and trading standards laws. It is interesting to note that the item has been removed from their website in the days after I informed them of the dangerous item!
So, 16 days on, I am still awaiting my refund and will update this if it is received, but am also willing to pass all the detail over to trading standards as the treatment customers are getting is very poor 1) dangerous product 2) physical injury to customer 3) quoted 30 days money back guarantee not being honoured 4) quoted 100% money back guarantee not being honoured 5) quoted 'satisfied or refunded' policy not being honoured 6) lack of communication and acknowledgement.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but the Ultrasonic Cavitation EMS works really well. After a few uses, I noticed a reduction in cellulite on my thighs and my skin feels smoother overall. It's easy to use and provides spa-like results at home. For the price, I would say it is worth it.

Ive been using this posture corrector for a few weeks now, and i have really noticed the difference. My back feels more supported, and Ive noticed a huge improvement in my posture. Highly recommend it to anyone who struggles with back pain or poor posture.

Firstly they sent the wrong item. When the correct item arrived, it was such inferior quality that I returned it straight away. They have now had the item returned for 2 weeks and I am yet to get a confirmation of return or indeed my refund

Re:Order number 33387 order date 14 July. Payment taken from my bank on 15 July. I do know where my order is, have not received my order.
No update regarding of my order, no reply for my emails, no reply for my WhatsApp message.
Annoyingly I'm receiving marketing email from Ammpoure.
I do not know what to do.

Following my review on 8th August, I still not received my order. When Ammpour team reply to my reviews I hoped they sort out the issue with my order so I will receive my order. Three weeks since my review and over 7 weeks since my order date I have not received my order. In the reply to my reviews Ammpour team mentioned if I received e-mail, I am receiving marketing e-mail in my inbox the last email I received 27th Augest. Also Ammpour team if I used correct e-mail address. I can confirm that I used the e-mail address.
Since trustpilot seems the best way to contact Ammpour team I am hoping to get response to inform me where my order is or to refund my payment

Cheap rubbish that ships from China. When you email to try and get a refund they ignore you. Then they comment on your negative reviews to email them, which they never reply to. Scam company

The Oximeter arrived early and is comparable with an expensive alternative. It has the same reading as the alternative too. Excellent choice.

Purchased product "Electric Abs Stimulator Machine by Ammpoure" very cheap product would not recommend. worked for 2 weeks now its stopped working properly. As it is from China its not easy to replace or refund. would not recommend the product or the company.

Absolute crap! .. cheap junk, nothing like discribed, i ordered an XL but got two sizes too big (wouldve fitted an Elephant) material not as described, velcro straps not aligned.
The item was sent in a clear bag with no reciept or tags/markings giving these mongrels every right to refuse return!! ... i hope this company goes under and the Owner of it finds their partner cheating then discovers they have been left with AIDS.

I ordered the wrong product, my e mail was answered immediately and I returned the item.I asked if they would exchange it for something else which they were happy to do. I received it and was very satisfied.

My order arrived but has missing parts , I have sent many emails to customer service, they seem to take a very long time to reply but even then with a short comment that doesn’t resolve my issue

I ordered a stop snoring device on the 13th February with a an estimate delivery of 2-5 days. After 6 days I sent 4 messages to enquire about delivery. Eventually I was told I was getting a refund. No apology, no reason. Avoid this company at all costs

Paid for the goods I had ordered but never received any shipping details. Waited two weeks, sent two emails and finally after a few days got a reply saying on checking my item had been lost. Requested a refund but was told another had been sent and would be arriving in another two weeks. Terrible customer service and totally unreliable company. Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing and wouldn’t have bothered. Definitely not recommended
