Really poor. Sent me the wrong coloured item. I asked for a refund or a discount for the inconvenience. They offered me £3.50 which was less than the postage to return the item. Returned the item but took over a month to get my money back and then I had to chase several times more to get the cost of postage of the returned item. Not one word of apology from them for sending the incorrect item - made it sound like it was my fault. Glad I persevered tho cos managed to get the same item for a fraction of the price from another company. #karma

I purchased two items, a "O-type Foot Corrector Orthopedic Insoles UK For Men And Women × 1" and a "Smart Anti Snoring Device UK EMS Pulse Stop Snore Portable Comfortable Sleep Well Stop Snore Health Care Sleep Apnea Aid USB".
The O-type foot corrector tore after one use, so I returned it and I eventually got a refund a month later and had to chase for the postage costs, which I eventually got. Customer service is mono syllable and unhelpful.
I used the anti snore device with some discomfort. After recharging it a second time, I had two large round burn marks and two small punctures under my chin where the device fitted.
I submitted photos and asked for a refund and a return label. I heard nothing by 20 days later, despite sending a reminder so considered legal advice and noted that the item has been removed from the website.
I wrote a further email and resent the photos and was fobbed off again, so after another email I finally received a refund for a lesser amount with no apology.
The product is dangerous, the injuries I sustained are still not fully healed after 3 weeks, the customer service is appalling, they tried to ignore me and avoid honouring the money back guarantee which is advertised as 'satisfied or refunded'.
I am quite appalled and offended by this company and will not be using them again.

Ordered an anti-snoring device to give it a try. Taking of my money and delivery of the product went well. After two days of use, on the second night, I received horrendous bruising to the area under my chin where the device sits, so I stopped using it immediately and returned the item. I have photographic images of the injuries I received.
I then instigated a return 16 days ago (at the time of writing) and they were slow to respond by email and have never responded through their WhatsApp portal (despite advertising to me through it).
I returned the item under their 'no quibble guarantee' and also of course under the consumer protection laws, not to mention even thinking about health and safety and trading standards laws. It is interesting to note that the item has been removed from their website in the days after I informed them of the dangerous item!
So, 16 days on, I am still awaiting my refund and will update this if it is received, but am also willing to pass all the detail over to trading standards as the treatment customers are getting is very poor 1) dangerous product 2) physical injury to customer 3) quoted 30 days money back guarantee not being honoured 4) quoted 100% money back guarantee not being honoured 5) quoted 'satisfied or refunded' policy not being honoured 6) lack of communication and acknowledgement.
