Why, when I want to return an item the Ammpoure system does not recognise my order number and email address, both of which were correctly printed when requesting refund. Will wait for response to my email.

Returned item because it was too small and poor quality to the address provided but still no refund. They claim not to have received it despite me sending proof of postage. I now have no product and no refund, absolute crooks!

I was put off completing my order, partly because there are warnings on other sites about this company. They also ask for (voluntary) tips! I was surprised to see the last 4 digits of my account already on the payment page and names of some of my own contacts with delivery details. Why is this? Can someone explain why this was there? Made me feel very uneasy as I have never ordered from this company before.

I'm a bit concerned about this company due to all the bad reviews I order something on the 9/10/23 if it's 2 to 5 working days for delivery deadline is today I haven't as yet received email on delivery been shipped yet but will give them the benefit of the doubt hopefully receive in next few days .

The exact same item they charge £15+ is from Aliexpress for £3.46. Beware! Very Poor quality. See my google review for photos

I thought my item was 'faulty' so emailed customer support. Then I had another look at it and it was me, I had twisted the straps. Meanwhile customer support contacted me to offer help. It was good to get the contact online otherwise you feel like an unwanted and nuisance customer. Happily all well.

Do not use this company!
I ordered a bunion protector based on the reviews on their website and not Trustpilot which I always normally do.
It’s cheap Chinese rubbish and just realised the item I paid £15 for 1 is on eBay for £4 for2.
I have to say I’m not normally taken in but I was this time.
Cheap rubbish you can get at a fraction of the price elsewhere!

Extremely concerned about the reviews im reading on here.
More so with trustpilot itself saying reviews have been flagged as their fake.I have just placed my 3rd order with these.Always had an email confirmation.Always recieved the goods.Fair enough i cant comment on the effectiveness of the fitness products yet but this is very off putting.I believe genuine reviews are important but this is getting very scary for other consumers.Dont get me wrong bad reviews can change a business and gives them a kick that they need to do better

16th of march I have ordered my item, till today I have received only confirmation email, and still waiting to be shipped as it says in email they should send an email when it will be shipped. Shipping as it says on email 3-5 working days, I have emailed their support, no response. Today is 22 of march already, no idea where my money gone 🙅‍♀️ very disappointed not recommend this company at all. Hopefully will get a refund and never ever buying in this shop.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

They falsely advertise the effectiveness of products, I ordered a product based on what they said it does, and it wasn’t fit for purpose, utter rubbish, I sent 4 emails asking for their returns procedure, eventually got a reply to say I couldn’t return the item, even though it didn’t do what they said !!! They have basically just stolen my money !!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

If an order goes wrong
Don’t expect an easy or quick returns process. I have had to give up.

i should have checked reviews first. ordered item 23/1 showing 3-5 day despatch arrived 12days later post mark 3 days previous. much too late . started convoluted return process immediately and sent item back 18/2 recorded delivery . since then nothing. as previous reviews no response whatever to numerous emails re my refund. AVOID;;;

2nd April, still not received anything!!! have still not received the items I ordered, 19th March.

My dad placed a order over a week ago, hes had no confirmation email, or tracking number, we have emailed twice & haven't got a reply,

I’d give lower if I could. The wrong order was sent and we have been going backwards and forwards for A YEAR! To get them to send the item or issue a refund. Do not buy from this company

For the second time 2 knee supports delivered when I ordered the vastly more expensive magnetic shoulder back support vest. All this after chasing many times via email. I was assured as my item was from China it was on way. Waited patiently and wrong size delivered this time. Customer service emailed saying they would speak to manager and manufacturer and would respond to me ASAP. Waiting 3 days now and no reply. Could it get any worse?

Please don't buy from them. I was sent plastic hairdryer without packaging after spending £99. THIEVES
