After three months. About 20 emails to Ammpoure and PayPal. Too much stress and annoyance for an old man. I almost gave up a handful of times but I finally got my money back on the 16th May after filling in a review sent from them. I have all emails. The one dated 10th March is the best. Your return request is rejected. No reason.

I would say if things go right with an order then all's well. ANYTHING GOES WRONG THEN YOUR IN TROUBLE. I will never use this company or Aspirado Trading again.

Ordered a product on 30th April, it says 6 days for delivery yet my product is still in transit as of 16th may. Absolutely ridiculous.

I am waiting for a parcel which has not arrived it was ordered on the 5th April and said it was delivered on the 6th April and then it says dispatched on the 10th. Does not make any sense. I rang up the Royal mail and they said I have been given the wrong tracking number, total scam. He said they are a chinese company. I have tried finding there phone number from there address and the address with there name on it does not exist.

I absolutely recommend them. the quality of the products and the shipping of them.

Item made of good quality and fitted perfectly. Customer service very helpful, all in all, very satisfied with item, dispatch time. Sadly let down by courier 'He--es'. Would be faster by pony express.
