Too difficult to return items
I have ordered many times toys from amorana so far and I've always been satisfied. This time I ordered lingerie but they were too big for me. The order receipt I received with the package says: "For all returns contact us first here" with the appropriate weblink. I did so twice and it's been a month and still haven't gotten any reply..
Edit: The problem has been resolved but Amorana should find easier ways for customers to return lingerie at least.

One part was missing. The other adaptator of the suction mouth
One part was missing, the caoutchouc part to adapt the size of the suction mouth. Also there was no packaging. Just a transparent plastic. It looked second hand. Very disappointed of your service.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The purchase process was simple and straightforward and wide variety of different products.
Delivery was fast and very discreet, products are high quality and exactly as described. There is also a wide range of payment options available, making checkout easy and convenient.
