Rapide, simple, efficace.

Sent back defect article. Customer Service refuses to acknowledge the defect and to replace or refund it. Wants to send me back the defect article on my cost. Are you serious? Do you think I'm sending around such things for fun? The amount of other ratings like mine speak for themselves.

customer service is useless / did nto please me. they sent to wrong address and refused to send to rights address. have not got yet a refund

The packaging of the items inside the box was not the best, they didn't seem to be put there with too much care but at least each item was sealed in its own packaging and undamaged.
