Can't give a zero unfortunately. Over a week later and I still haven't received my order, eventhough I live just 50mile away. I also haven't received any response to my follow up email from Friday asking for an update. So I literally have nothing positive to say.

Easy website to navigate and use. Purchase process was grand (same as all others). One suggestion - you should offer a “click and collect” option. I’m delighted mine is shipped to me for free (cos I spent >€50 which is a great idea) but if I collected from your shop I might be inclined to pick up something else while I was there. Just a thought.

Ordered ladies Brooks Adreneline. Upon order, I wasn’t advised of a delivery date. Didn’t hear anything, despite being advised that I would receive an email to confirm same. I had to call A/King and was advised that the version 17’s weren’t available but that they could send the 18’s instead. Once we got this sorted, order promptly arrived the next day. Very happy with how quickly this got sorted however, initial comms around delivery date can be improved. Delighted with my Brooks and price was very competitive also. Would order again. L, Dublin

Had to pay €10 to ship gift voucher to NI. It would be useful if you could just be sent an email gift voucher rather than paying shipping costs.
