Really poor communication
Ordered Thurs eve. Got an email Fri offering me the shoes in a different colour to my order. I replied immediately saying no and asking if they were able to get the shoes in. No reply. Sent a mail on Monday to follow up, advising that I wanted to get them ASAP so could they let me know the status. No reply. Called Tues, got a friendly voice on the other end of the line, was told he thought they had been dispatched, but would call back within the hour. Guess what? No call back. It's now Wed, 6 days since ordering. No shoes, no certainty as to whether they're on the way. Poor experience
