Parked with Ampido for a week in Berlin Schwedterstrasse. This should be a gated car park, that is why I chose it and what I payed for . Nevertheless the gate was open at arrival, departure and during our stay. Conacted the customer service through a button in the app and by e-mail, but no reaction at all. Ampido had no possibility to call them. Luckily my car was okay, but what if I had a more severe problem? Still 2 stars for the convenience of parking in Berlin city centre.

Strange business concept. Pay 1 euro per parking session or add at least 10 euros when you’re using an account. I just want to pay the price that was advertised. Not paying a tax or adding funds to an account.

There was a car parked on my hired parking spot. There should be a possibility to contact Amplido and/or the owner by phone. Now, I had to solve it with the local authorities. I did send an email to Amplido and all I got back was an email to send a photo of the situation. I was in Frankfurt because of my first IRONMAN, because of Amplido I was late for the athlete briefing. On this feedback per email, I did not even get a reaction! Very very poor communication!

Parked in the heart of Munich, without any problem.

Since I discovered this parking app ampido, it has saved me a lot of time and money in finding parking spaces. There are many parking lots and plenty of parking spaces, making it a great experience every time. I have recommended it to everyone around me.
