I still struggle to hear certain words,it’s just not loud enough and I need to increase it further. Some people are still frustrated that I can’t hear all them fully. I am very disappointed as I thought it would solve my problems.

Bought an amplifier phone and 2 handsets, my mum had a serious accident which ment she had to go into care, I was within my 30day return window,I sent the items back to be in formed that they could only refund 1 handset, the other had a red mark on number pad and the base unit had 2 scratches on it and we had written on the instruction book.
On receiving the items back: the red mark came of with a touch of my finger and the 2 scratches are not visible to the naked eye and yes we had written on the book only so we could understand it.
I understand in there returns policy they have to be in re sellable condition but this is taking it too far. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Arrived only a day late (which was fine) but unfortunately the handset was not compatible with my client's hearing aids. I therefore boxed it up straight away and started the returns process.

I instantly received an email telling me all the reasons why they won't refund the money. As I knew the phone had been sent back in perfect condition, I wasn't too worried.

However I received an email "showing" scratches that were on the handset and making it ineligible for a refund. I have no idea if this was my handset they had sent photos of. If it was, they were present when we received it as it was used for a matter of minutes before we realised it wasn't going to work.

The company are refusing to refund. This handset is available on Amazon - my client wanted to purchase via Amazon but I suggested this site as I prefer to support independent businesses. However, had I bought via Amazon, they would have refunded instantly.

I will not recommend Amplified Phones to any more of my clients and would recommend anyone using them does so knowing they are unlikely to get a refund should the phone be incompatible with their hearing aids.

Service good,received equipment on time and in good condition. I am very disapointed that my current sky SIM card is not compatible with this phone. Reported this problem to Amplified who said this is the first time that they have encountered this. Looks like I will have source another provider.

the phone does not work like expected

Great products for heating and visually impaired. Swift delivery.

However exact set we wanted was swiss voice extrA with 2 additional hand sets. This wasn't available so had to order swiss voice extrA 3355 with only one additional handset. Would like to buy a single handset to add to the order but they seem to be out of stock too.

The headphones are too heavy and become uncomfortable after even 15 minutes. The pressure on the earpieces to hold this weight of headphones adds still more to the discomfort. I have tried adjusting them in every way without success for a few weeks now.
The quality of the sound however is excellent.
You have agreed to me returning them but the postage costs and your criteria make this unrealistic.
I see you have a lightweight and more expensive model but this was not suggested when I enquired about the returns arrangement.

We ordered an amplified phone for my 100 year old mother, the Geemarc one was a good price and in stock, and was described comprehensively on the site. Arrived promptly. The phone appears to have made a big difference - before she had it, we were barely able to have a phone call with her, now she's able to hear us.

I’ve had one of these phone before but was old type plug in telephone so had to change to cordless they are excellent for hard of hearing people you can increase volume lovely

We had a query re the delivery (Post office issue) and the c ok company were really helpful and followed up to make sure we were happy. Very positive experience.
