Ideal for elderly relative
Arrived on time and well packaged. Purchased for a 97 year old relative with hearing and visual impairment. Very please with large buttons and sound levels. Had problems locating some buttons which were not clear in the manual, however customer services were very helpful and made things clearer.

Cordless Duo
The cordless duo phone is attractive, and my father is finding it much easier to use. However, there is interference, buzzing, and the person on the other line is finding it difficult to hear the conversation. It maybe that the handset is too far from the base, but this didn't happen with our last phone.
Also, we need an additional handset, and despite it saying that we could get one, it has been impossible to obtain one.

Thank you for providing your feedback about the phones you purchased.
I am very sorry that the phones are not working as expected.
I have checked with the manufacturer and Amplicomms Telephones are now fully compatible with digital networks. Amplicomms have confirmed that all phones are suitable for a digital network after testing at BT and Talk Talk labs.
The phones are supplied with a BT adaptor plug, so they will work on both the older copper lines and the new digital network.
If you need any technical support to help you to resolve the issue, please let us know.
If you are still unhappy with your phones, and still have the original packaging, please let us know and we will do our best to help you with a return.

Great telephone BUT as a replacement for a relatively new non AMP Gmarc WHY THE STUPIDLY SHORT AND FEEBLE PHONE CONNECTING CABLE. I HAVE USED THE CABLE FROM THE PREVIOUS GMARC WHICH IS LONGER AND MORE ROBUST. PLEASE DON'T PENNY PINCH ON CABLES.
