Ana truly deserves 5 Stars!! As a retired semi professional athlete who still continues to train visiting Ana on a regular basis has had a hugely positive impact on muscle tightness and flexibility. It’s makes the difference in being able to train effectively and achieve the best results. Ana is friendly and very professional, her experience as a fitness instructor/trainer only adds to her ability to understand how the body and muscles work leading to effective treatment. I would definitely recommend a visit!

Recently had a hot stone massage, and I couldn’t get over how incredibly relaxing it was. I have low pain tolerance when it comes to massage. The massage she gave me was gentle, but effective.

I honestly can’t recommend Ana enough. I gave birth six months ago and have been back training at the gym for a couple of months. Between the constant back strain from lifting my little future powerlifter and putting my body under extra training stress, I could feel myself tightening up and lifting my arms overhead and keeping my core stable was becoming difficult.

Ana immediately identified the problem areas and explained the science behind why my body was under so much strain. I left feeling like a new woman.

Having recently had a baby a sports massage with hot stones was amazing , releasing tension I never knew I had and relaxing my muscles.
She is very professional , personal and friendly.

I told Ana I was looking for something very relaxing to help with stress release and she tailored the treatment accordingly- it was amazing- hot stones massage followed by a head massage. Honestly the most relaxing massage I’ve had and I left feeling so calm and rejuvenated. Was also a very tranquil and comfortable setting. Recommend!

Ana-Maria is an absolute expert in her field! One of the best massages I’ve ever had & treats the body holistically and will work more & spend time on areas that need it rather than a massage where they spend set times on certain parts of the body.

I would often leave massage therapists feeling a bit disappointed as areas were missed or the pressure wasn't firm enough - I've had 3 massages from Ana and each time I leave I feel lighter, limber and at peace - her combination of hot stone and deep tissue means you get the best of both worlds - a relaxing massage that gets into tight, sore muscles. As someone with a desk job, who lifts weights and has a tendency to worry, Ana is a hero!

Had a massage & head massage with Ana last week and the whole experience was 10\10 including the venue and the treatment rooms. Ana is an excellent therapist and is very knowledgeable and explains things as you go, she also puts you at ease straight away, I will definitely be going back as i left her studio floating and so relaxed.
