Hi Alex, very sorry to hear that. According to our system the package was sent out a day after ordering, on march 22nd. You chose regular shipping and in that case it is not possible to track the parcel unfortunately. So we can not find out what happened. Sometimes foreign border customs will interfere with our packages from Amsterdam...
Excellent / Very fast
Excellent ! Very diligent. I was even surprised to receive the package so fast (posted on Thursday from Netherlands and received on Monday in Croatia).
Next time I need something for my “garden", I will order it here.

Very very good customer service, nothing too much trouble, the fact that we never received our product was nothing to do with them, but the parcel delivery service. Would recommend Amsterdam Seed Company all the time. Recommendations very good.

The customer service I received from…
The customer service I received from here was awful they apparently posted my seeds to the wrong address. So I walked to this address which takes a good hour to get there. I knocked on the door and was told by the owner that nothing had arrived. So I had to walk back which took another hour. So I went back a week later still nothing.
So I messaged Justin and he basically fobed me off. After many emails I finally got my replacement a month and a half later. The seeds they send are old and don't open.

Hi Kaspars, we do our best daily to get orders out ASAP but for delivery times we are dependant on the speed of our delivery services.
We have an economic choice which is a bit slower and an express option which costs a bit more but is also faster. The speed also depends on where the shipment goes.
