Not fully satisfied
Not fully satisfied, as first I didnt receive a confirmation message that my order went through. So I had to write to get it confirmed. Secondly, all seeds have germinated but after 5 days under led light, they started to grow about 2 cm high then died. Very sad.

Hi Francois, we apologise that you didn't receive a confirmation message. We do our best to keep our website working optimally, sometimes some emails can slip through though.
If the seeds have germinated, that means they had enough viability to survive. Maybe there was some other factors that resulted in your seeds not surviving.. After all, they are a 'live product' and many factors have to be right to ensure that the seedlings grow to maturity. Too wet, too dry, too cold, too hot, too much light, too dark, too much nutrients, ph-problems etc etc.

NOT GOOD
The website looks really good. So i bought here two times. First time around twenty seeds and the second time around seven seeds. Only 1 of all those seeds came out. I expected more quality. And i wont buy here again.

Same as it is in Nature, it does happen that sometimes seeds do not germinate properly; this can be because of many different reasons. After all seeds are 'life' material and not a mass produced factory product.
The way to go about is to inform us about this. Then after consulting with the customer on HOW he germinated and found that it's not the customers mistake, we ALWAYS replace the seeds free of charge or let you choose something else for more less the same price at no further charge...
