Yes I am satisfied with the product and…

Yes I am satisfied with the product and even with the service

EXCEPT: hadn't I chased up the order, it would have been forgotten.
I had to ring 15 days later to ask them what happened with the order it has not been received, for them to look into the system and realise it had been forgotten,

I believe this mistake is a one off, but it is to be monitored.

I regret not being able to give it 5 starts.

Not going to order from them ever again!

Ordered some oil to Denmark and paid on the 17th of November. Almost 5 weeks later and still I haven't received anything. I have been in contact with them several times and they keep telling me that I would get my package and still nothing. Now I have requested my money back for a product that I have not received and ironically enough I have not heard anything from them
