This has to be the easiest and most pleasant dealings ever
I purchased a fork handle from amazon it broke found out has 3 year warranty so contacted amtech I was asked to send a couple of pictures which I did then had to fill out form in no time at all I received another handle
All the way through from making a call to first class contact via email and phone and being kept upto date on progress of delivery cant fault them 100% service

Good service when making a warranty claim
After e-mailing photographic evidence to an Amtechdiy representative, I received a new replacement for my faulty product delivered to my home the following day that my warranty claim was granted.
I have had other dealings with Amtechdiy & have always received good service from Amtechdiy.
