Great Product, looks good, feels good underfoot

The whole experience was great. Paul & Marc from PRJ Flooring in Shrewsbury were both friendly and very helpful. The guys who fitted the floor were also very friendly & did a great job over the two days. The product is superb quality & really gives my hall & kitchen a wow factor. Thanks for everything.

BEWARE. Most problems with tiles are caused by the installation. Amtico will have nothing to do with the installation. The contract is between the customer and the installer. The quality of the work of Amtico authorized installers has been verified by no-one including Amtico and can actually be very poor indeed. We had already contacted Amtico and this is what we were told.

Excellent product and installed by an Amtico One recommended retailer . Product being installed correctly has produced a flawless and very satisfactory finish.

Had an extensive range of flooring that other suppliers didn’t. Although you did stop supplying the exotic walnut we originally chose at sort notice.

Fabulous Floors did a great job in fitting the floor. The French Oak planks in the Signature range really enhances the room while it is a really practical floor for a household with two dogs!

We have just had Signature, Flora Oak fitted throughout our kitchen diner, lounge, utility and sunlounge. In the hallway and cloakroom, we have had Signature Onyx and Graphic Slate fitted. Purchased through Solo Carpets Ltd located in Kingstanding Birmingham who were very helpful and accommodating especially when our building plans changed and we had to re-schedule the floor fitting.
The fitting was undertaken by a sub-contractor Image Flooring who have provide an excellent service. The fitting is exceptional! We're pleased to say that there are no gaps between the planks and our skirting boards. We are extremely pleased with the final finish.
Reading the reviews, we now have concerns as to the quality of the product and the manufacturers attitude as 20% of the reviews give a 1 star rating quoting, easily scratched, shrinkage, discolouration and fading. Surprisingly and concerningly, in reply, Amtico do not attempt to address the issues. They simply request that you contact thei customer services department. They do however accept the complimentary reviews which in the main have been made about the third party fitters.
We are treating the product with respect by reducing the point loads of the furniture were possible and fitting felt pads. We were concerned regarding indentation in the hallway as we have now moved a heavy piano [circa 200kgs] back into the room which rolls on four small castors and had fitted a cast iron radiator [130kgs] which stands on six small feet. We're pleased to say that the piano moves easily on the flooring and neither have left any impression whatsoever.
Such a high percentage of negative reviews is concerning and we will monitor the flooring very carefully. Time will tell - our fingers are now crossed!
05 05 26. Having just received a very disappointing reply from Amitco I feel that I should remove a star!
"Hello, thank you for your review. We hope you are happy with your Amtico floor". I had expected feedback to my concerns - but not a word. I sincerely, hope that the product is much better than their customer service! When we come to look at other floors, we will be looking elsewhere.

Purchased Amtico flooring + Carpets from Carpet & Flooring store in Rosyth the experience from start to finish was fantastic no fuss and nothing a problem. And to see it now in the house it is absolutely brilliant blown away with the quality look and finish. Big thank you to Callum & Cameron

They made appointments to survey and fit and turned up on time, they were very respectful to me and my home. Worked in a clean and organised manor. I am very pleased with the end result its a great product and very well installed.

Durable and easy to clean. The sales support team is attentive and helpful

Spent over £3000 last month on 15 packs of Amtico Signature flooring in the large rectangle size for my open plan kitchen / lounge.
Loved the pattern design i chose ,but my experienced flooring installer had issues with some of the tiles not being exact and precisely cut at their factory .
Where the longer sides butted together neatly , the smaller sides would not fit precisely to the adjacent tile.
Amtico "customer service" simply responded by saying i should have returned tiles that did not fit precisely and they would have sent replacements, but it is not that simple when you are employing an installer for the day, he has spread the glue to the floor surface in readiness , and there could quite easily be a further issue again with any other batch they send and this then drags on for many weeks.
Would think it would be preferable if Amtico ensured at source precise equal measurements for each tile provided for a seamless and faultless service !
