Excellent customer service and great braces

Customer service was extremely responsive. I have placed an incorrect order and I was able to get an exchange with no issues. Top notch customer service.

Extremely friendly staff and customer support. They actively provide support, suggestions and ideas as opposed to enticing someone to spend unnecessary money. Very knowledgeable and provide references and documentation to support any and all ideas you may have in order to heal and or protect yourself properly. I've done a great deal of damage to my body, knees specifically. So as opposed to buying a bundle package at an excellent price with a few things that may not benefit me as my situation is medical now as opposed to preventative care as I know longer grapple anymore. I was advised to consult with my orthopedic first, but all results I've found circled back to the anaconda knee recovery pro to help with my meniscus issue. Considering the offloading weight has caused damage to the opposing knee, I bought 2 of them. Immediate relief and almost instantly fall asleep as it provides the perfect amount of comfort and relief in comparison to Extremely expensive counterparts running upwards of $500 or more. So overall, absolutely amazing people! Definitely human beings and not money hungry at all like most companies I've dealt with. These guys are customer focused

They attmept4d to help fix an error in my order with reference to the address. Although they were nit able to fully resolve the issue. Their customer care supported me and offer to support me in recovering the item if it was returned to them. Overall very friendly and would recommend them again

The product is great I just had a shoulder surgery I tore three tendons in my shoulder and as soon as I put ut on my pain went away and I could continue on working I do constrution heavy lifting and always moving swinging my hammer or using nail guns framing walls building homes the brace is amazing also the first one I bought was a little small and they exchanged it no questions asked and also helped me find the right side for me also super friendly and professional I recommend anaconda to any one who is looking for support braces for any part of the body

Excellent products and customer service. Big fan of the products, the knee massager especially is worth every penny. Customer service is prompt and attentive.

Customer service/support is 5/5! (Still too early to rate the effectiveness of the shoulder brace but build quality/materials look top rate and durable.

Paid but never received the goods - 80€ for nothing. We would love to give a proper review on the product but it would be helpful to get the product.

I had open knee surgery & slowly getting back into training properly. Tonight I wore the knee brace to my hyrox class and I am SO impressed at how much stability this gave me. In the back of my head I’m always normally nervous about my knee but there were times tonight I totally forgot I even had extensive surgery!

After trying 5 different sleeves and braces, I HAVE FOUND IT! Look no further if you want to stabilize your knee/s and stop worrying about increased stress on your joint, if you have previous injury or weakness. My 10 year old injury, finally found a solution and I am forever grateful!!!

These are cheap braces that overclaim and overstate at every turn. They are, at best, over-glorified braces that you could buy at your local drugstore for a quarter of the price.

The company also will inundate you with other advertisements both through email and the algorithm, so don't get involved with them.

Their return policy is a hassle where they repeatedly ask for more information and try to wear you down via emails and more so they don't have to refund your money. Plus, for me it was 10.91 since to mail back their product (of my own money).

This product is subpar, expensive, and wildly overstates / over claims results for a product that at very best is a glorified drugstore brace.

So I ordered the knee braces thinking that when im doing the barbell squats thats what is stopping me. After trying once realised it was actually my back.

This company was so understanding that when I was returning it... my dad...rather he didnt post it for ages.... so when I realised I informed the company.... they were more than understanding. I sent it over 30 day period and they kindly understood the whole situation and also gave me a refund. If ever they introduce a back brace this is we

Order the shoulder brace but when it arrived, I noticed it was the wrong size. I contacted the Anaconda customer service exchange team and got an immediate response. The team members were professional and assisted me through the whole exchange process to include providing me notification that my item is on its way. Top notch customer service, probably one of these best that I have dealt with in a long time..5 stars all day !!!
