I had ordered two bracelets but only received one, and it came quite promptly despite the slowed mail due to Covid. I got in touch with the company about the missing bracelet, and they said that they would send me a new one, and if the original second bracelet arrived, I could keep it. They have been in touch with me regularly and followed the shipping movements of the new bracelet. It finally came. I am happy with both bracelets and recommend this company highly.

I received my order (very quickly😁!!!) of the imperial jasper wrap bracelet. I am pleased with the bracelet however once i started wearing it blue ink was rubbing off to my skin from the blue balls. I reached out inquiring as to the authenticity and i was assured by Paulo that it was a special coating they use to and that it is indeed authentic. I appreciated him getting back to me and he could tell i understood but still wasnt happy. He then told me i could keep the bracelet and i can pick out a different piece for the same value from the website. He stayed with me every step of the way and offered a solution to the problem which i happily accepted. His customer service exceeded my expectations as he was also very polite the entire time. I am satisfied with this company and would absolutely purchase from them again. Their pieces are beautiful. I cannot wait for my new piece!! Thank you Paulo for being a sweetheart💕

Beautiful products and quality Customer Service! Very pleased with my orders and the ordering process. When my second order arrived, two bracelets were missing. I immediately contacted Customer Service, and they quickly resolved the mishap, and kept me updated throughout the process.

They have good people until I've finally found out that they get their products from China for only $5 to $7. Surprisingly seeing it being sold for $40 to $50. I did not continue with the order. They also deleted my facebook comment.

I ordered 4 wraps in april - two of Them was sent at once, but the last two have never arrived and i get no answer to my mail.
Of course the payment has been succeded.

My review is mixed. I was very disappointed in the quality of the labradorite stone in the wrap bracelet that I ordered, so I wrote several emails requesting a replacement bracelet with a typically lustrous piece of labradorite, with color and lights in it. Hearing nothing back, I was ready to report the company for fraud, until I finally heard from Paolo Valdueza, who gave me the best and most responsive customer service I've ever received. I finally settled on a refund rather than a replacement, because he couldn't personally choose a nice piece for me and I'd be taking my chances again.

The bracelets I ordered are beautifully perfect. I ordered 4, one for myself and 3 for my Priestesses in training. ✨✨✨

I had a problem with the item I purchased and Sean couldn’t have been more helpful. He went above and beyond and sent me another item I liked for free. If only every company I’ve bought from was as kind as helpful.

UPDATE: finally was contacted and received a partial refund. Trying to return an item is impossible. No one will respond to numerous emails. Item may be defective, not sure but I just cannot get it to fit properly and it looks cheap. I was going to just send it back for a refund and cannot find an address. Upon reading their policy now I see there is a 20% restocking fee? After I pay return shipping and the restocking fee it is hardly worth sending back, even if they did respond to me. Very disappointed in this company, would not recommend and certainly will never order from here again. Impossible to get a response.

I have been trying to get a replacement bracelet for three months now. I have spoken to someone several times. Each time someone says that they are going to get back to me but they never do. I love the bracelets and have ordered several of them but the one that I was dissatisfied with has a natural flaw, which is a hole in the center. If I would have realized this when I ordered it I wouldn’t have purchased that one. I did everything you asked me to do including sending a picture of the bracelet . Please just send me the replacement as promised. Monique St. Clair

Ordered two bracelets on March 30 and they never responded to my messages asking “Where’s my merchandise?” Instead they sent a message saying it’s the n it’s way but never arrived and repeatedly bombarded me with ads to buy more.
Now I am trying to get a full refund and they are trying to reimburse less.
Stay away from these people.

Ordered on April 4th for my wife’s birthday. Today is 20th May, no bracelet, no word from company though I’ve written twice. Now they want my feedback about how much I love the bracelet! Disappointed and frustrated basically.

Not only stunning to look at;( the exotic natural feature stone..subtle , sublime colours encased in either a gold or silver metallic frame , coupled with the gorgeous leather & beautiful coloured, beaded wrap..every one a unique statement piece.)..but the ' gift ' of healing, love,relaxation associated with each..there are no words ! these are gifts for close family & friends.The Rose Quartz signifying 'love' is for my nephew's fiancée on their wedding day..The healing Natural Turquoise wrap for my dear friend who is ill..the others for special occasions. I ordered the turquoise bracelet on Mothers Day, May 10, I received it May 16! It's beautiful! I love it! I had a problem with ordering it & emailed customer service. The next day it was solved. So, great customer service, very prompt delivery, & a beautiful bracelet! I'm more than satisfied & will be doing more business with Ananta Stone! Thank you!!

The 29. March 2020 I ordered 2 braclets and PAID the same day. And now the 15. May 2020 I have not received any of the braclets. I shows, that they are sent separately and eventhough Ananta writes to me that the Corona crises gives delays - I think that they at least can pay the money back, until I have received the bracelets. They writes to me almost every day this advertisement to buy more!!!!!!
