I have tried repeatedly calling (212) 320-8943 to make a return, but my efforts have been fruitless. I placed an order on April 1st for 2 bracelets: Lapiz Lazuli's and the Rose Quartz. The pictures are misleading. These are a long strand of beads that appear to be plastic with a large stone. They look cheap and I need to return them. Your customer service line is useless. No one returns calls.

My Healing Imperial Jasper Wrap bracelet was shipped on time with no issues. I like the bracelet a lot and enjoy wearing it. I know I will get many complements and plan to buy another bracelet in the future.

I love my Turquoise wrap bracelet. I can't stand hard or loose things around my wrist because I type for a livingand have arthritis. I can wear this one every day! Thank you Anantastones. Ill be getting another soon. 💜

I treated myself to a bracelet from this website and I'm so glad I did. Despite the Covid-19 situation the bracelet didn't take too long to arrive.

I absolutely luv the bracelet and wear it all the time, even just when at home because of lockdown.

I'd definitely recommend Kelly and Anantstones. The bracelets are gorgeous, easy to put on and I've had lots of positive comments from friends that I've sent a photo to of the bracelet.

Wow, the photos I’ve seen of this jewelry look beautiful and I was all ready to make a purchase for myself and a few as gifts for my daughter and my sisters...then I read the reviews!!! No way am I submitting an order and paying my hard earned money to a company that sounds less than reputable! Buy American!!!

I contacted the seller as my order didn't arrive. Kelly was very helpful and offered me either a replacement or a refund.
I chose a replacement and was very pleased to receive my beautiful bracelet.

I absolutely love my bracelet from Atlanta Stones it is exactly as advertised. The service was excellent and I received it within the time stated at purchase.

Had a bit of an issue with delivery as only part of it arrived BUT after contacting them Kelly dealt with my problem brilliantly and immediately sent me another bracelet. The products are lovely especially the Healing Ocean Jasper bracelet, which is beautiful. I would definitely buy from them again and they are certainly NOT a scam!

The bracelet looks plastic, it took over a month to get to me, I had to threaten to go to the BBB to get a response to my return requests. They say they are giving me my money back but I doubt I’ll ever see it as they did not want the bracelet back only a picture. Kelly was nice but this screams scam.

I had an issue with my order and greatly appreciate Kelly working with me. She provided outstanding customer service and resolved the issue for me.

I know that the corona virus makes things complicated, but Ananta stones advertised on fb after the virus broke out. I ordered a bracelet the 27th of march and didn't get any information before April 15th. Today is May 3rd and it still hasn't arrived. Ananta Stones sent me a message to inform me they have "checked the status." I certainly don't recommend this company.

Lovely turquoise stone wrap. It took a while to get to me and I do wish I knew where the wrap was actually made.
But I am very pleased with the wrap and wear it every day.

Had a slight issue and the customer service I received from Ferlyn was EXCELLENT. Plus the bracelets are just lovely!

Product: bought several for Christmas gifts (hey, what else am I going to do in quarantine?!). Liked them so much that I’ve got to have them, too. Fortunately I caught several good deals that allowed mw to indulge even though money is short right now. I did have an issue with one of the shipments being short a couple of items. So why am I still giving five stars? Because despite being short on personnel, they managed the issue with professionalism and grace. Great job—will shop again.

I was very pleased to receive the Ocean Jasper wrap bracelet quite quickly despite the lockdown. Il is even more beautiful than it seemed to be. So I immediately ordered the Healing & Protection Bundle for my friends.

Order number 105577

I ordered this weeks ago. They told me it was shipped over 2 weeks ago. They supplied me with a shipping number but couldn’t tell me who the courier was to track it.

I emailed them and had no response so I facebooked them. They gave me the reference number again and said try Royal Mail - the shipping number is not recognised by Royal Mail and they wouldn’t have sent it to them anyway as they are not an American company!

I am very disappointed and I feel like I’ve paid £40 to a load of scammers.

Ananta has rectified and issue I had with them. Thank you

I received the Ocean Jasper wrap bracelet and was very pleased!! It is very pretty and unique looking! I also am intrigued with the healing qualities of the stone! Beautiful!!

I ordered my bracelet on April 4th and received it on April 14th. It wasn’t what I expected, I must have missed that they were wrapped. I wasn’t sure I was doing it correctly. So I googled them and saw there office was in NY. I called, spoke to a person who asked if I had seen how to wrap. When I said I didn’t, he told me that Kelly would send me a video as she dealt with emails. I no sooner got off the phone to find an email. After trying it they way shown in the video, it was obvious the bracelet was defective. I took photos and sent them back to Kelly. That was last night. When I opened my email this morning, there was an email from Kelly. It was delivered at 5:30am. She told me they would be sending a new bracelet to me. I give high marks for prompt service, I felt they cared about my issue.

I Received my turquoise healing wrap this morning. Its delightful, I love Turquoise which is the main stone but with alsorts of others. Also I was very impressed with Ananta Stones communication whenever I had questions regarding my order. 10/10 😊
