No supply of lamp or refund. Dodging communication

It’s been 9 months since the workshop and still no refund or lamp. You need to leave your completed project with them for grouting and pick up later on. Unresponsive to emails and phone calls. I attended their hired workspace and no lamp onsite. Said they had mixed up the nametags and would be in touch. Nothing for ages. Recently agreed to refund, but radio silence again. I don't know if its laziness or insincerity. Very dodgy nonetheless. Still no resolution as yet.
