Completely uncontactable company. Do not buy from them.

I would give the company no stars but thats not an option! Bought some lovely boots at end of May. Great fit, loved them but noticed a fault around the stitching on the left boot. Have tried since 6th June to contact company using 3 different emails they give, messenger on the fb site and finally a comment of their fb page. Not a single reply, acknowlegement, out of hours reply. Nothing. Returns policy says to contact them before returning stuff. No phone number either. Really annoyed. Such a shame as the boots were otherwise lovely.

Not for me

I have tried to love these shoes but they are the least comfortable pieces of footwear I can recall ever owning. Too long, too narrow at the front and wide at the back, too stiff so my heel flops up and down inside the shoe. I have tried heel grips, I have tried insoles, I have stretched the toebox but I cannot get this trainer upper on a vibram sole to work for me. I can't see anything to tell me what model it is but I think it was sold as a discontinued model and I have realised why. I think I have finally decided to bin or charity shop them admitting defeat on an expensive purchase, not the only one judging by 15 used pairs on Ebay this evening.
